4 Best Bars in Purcellville

“The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I could see the spot possibly getting congested if there are large numbers of people, but this place is definitely worthy of 4.5 stars. Very cool atmosphere that begins with the front stairs, and continues with the high ceilings, classic video games. Didn't know how I'd take to axe throwing, but it was a lot of fun. And of course the food...didn't expect much, to be honest. To say I was pleasantly surprised is a drastic understatement. We ordered two of the specialty grilled cheeses...very, very solid.

We will be going back...for certain.“

“Stopped by The Local Cut in Purcellville for an early Saturday dinner after a day out and had a great experience! We were seated right away. I had Tony’s Bolognese but the real star was the double Smash Burger—so good I’ll be ordering it next time. Highly recommend!“

“Stopped in at 5:30 on a Friday for dinner and had no wait. I'm no connoisseur, but I thought the food we had was good. I only gave 4 stars on atmosphere because I don't like TV's in a restaurant dining room.

Of note, the drink menu on the table proudly displayed happy hour times that I thought perhaps I might like to come back for but neither on that menu nor on their website could I find any info on specials (and what is happy hour but specials to lure folks in during a slow time of day?). I even asked the server about it but he could provide nor specific info. So I guess I won't be checking out happy hour here!“
