Cute place. (Check the hours beforehand). Limited indoor seating, nice outdoor areas. Service was a bit slow considering the amount of customers during my visit. Thats the ONLY complaint. Worth the visit, especially if you like Dry Wines!!
We were driving back to our hotel in Virginia coming from Harpers Ferry and decided to randomly stop here. What a beautiful vineyard!! We were greeted so warmly and enjoyed flights of red and white on the front deck in the cool sunshine. Excellent wine and view. So happy we found this vineyard and enjoyed the late afternoon here!
We did the wine tasting and got some delicious local cheese, bread and prosciutto. The wines were really good. We loved a lot the Viognier and got to try a wine from a grape that we had never heard of called Petit Manseng. The service was great and we had the pleasure to meet the owner who is also the wine maker. He is passionate about wine and was telling us about his journey. The estate is also a fabulous place to enjoy your wine while looking at the vineyard.
