A unique, historic setting, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. We love the cocktail flight, which changes monthly. It's super tasty, with interesting, creative mixes and fun names. The last two times we've been in, Maria helped us and we had such a great time!! Will definitely be back.
I was gifted a bottle of Catoctin Creek’s rye whiskey a couple years ago. I have loved the bottle myself, and it has been a favorite of those I share a glass.I had the opportunity to visit the distillery a couple weeks ago, and had a fun, but interesting experience. A distillery with a unique history that you can learn about on the distillery tour. Point of advice, though: eat before coming here. Whiskeys were good, but slightly one-note. Perhaps it was just the day I visited, but my experience was diminished by an off-putting sewage smell. Still, worth a visit.
