Stood in line today for the soft opening. I have been very excited to try their bubble tea since I found out Purcellville was getting a location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My drink did get messed up, but when I let them know they were apologetic and happy to fix the issue promptly. Totally understandable for being the first few hours they have been open. Definitely a must try! Yum!!

Delicious Bubble Tea. My elementary age kids love going. They are extremely patient when answering questions and taking orders. My kids ( I force them to place their own orders) love trying something different each time as they can ask questions about the menu.
