I just went to the empress tea this morning and I asked her for my drink tried to had her my money and said we do not do cash here and I've had been here many times before and they take cash so I was confused. But I don't recommend this place for people who only have cash.

Customer service was terrible. We waited for the worker for 10 mins, who then came out of the back huffing like I was taking up his time. I ordered 3 drinks, with every drink I ordered he huffed again. The drinks were good, but customer service had much area for improvement.

I came to this place one time and the boba was very bad. It made me sick. I thought it was just that day so I tried today. It looks disgusting and I took a sip, the boba was very chewy and I felt sick again. Would not recommend this place.

I thought this place was super cute upon walking in the store. It's very bright and colorful and they were playing a whole Taylor swift playlist so good vibes all around lol. They also had so many cute kawaii/boba items you can purchase from pens, keychains, snacks, and more. They were actually pretty affordable too, I was surprised. I got the Lychee Green Tea w/Boba less sweet. I waited a bit to drink my boba so the boba got a little hard but it was okay. The drink wasn't bad either, not too sweet which I liked. The staff were pretty friendly and helpful. Overall, a pretty decent spot with very cute aesthetic vibes!

We’ve been coming here for over two years at least once a month, and it is hands down our favorite spot for a refreshing sweet treat! Boba is always perfectly chewy, the staff are friendly and efficient (even when the shop gets mobbed after the high school across the street lets out), the decor is adorable, and the teas are delicious. Our favorites are the Lavender Honey Milk Tea, Earl Grey, and Raspberry Rose, but the classic Tiger Sugar (brown sugar) is delicious as well. You can also order water- or lemonade-based drinks and slushes if you don’t want tea.Dietary restrictions: They use a dairy-free creamer for the milk tea base.

The drinks were delicious but it took a really long time to make. We ordered three drinks (one coffee, two fruit slushees with cotton candy toppers). There was one party of 5 already there — half with drinks already and half still waiting for drinks. But it still took 30 minutes to get our order out! We love boba tea but not sure it was worth the wait.

Wtf was that. ALRIGHT so I don't know if they changed owners or what. But this was trash. I mean absolute trash. 2 kids working the front made the MOST watery FLAVORLESS drinks I have EVER had in my life seriously, if people around here think THIS is boba? Man. I feel bad for them. Boba was over cooked. The Thai tea.... Come on.... If you get one thing right it should be thai tea. But no. Literal water. It's so disgusting I can't even believe it. Sad. Btw, if you're looking at the other pictures on here and expecting that? Don't. Yeah. Looks like their boba used to be good. Now it's literally garbage.
