I’d like to point out that not only did I sever a finger at IHOP Ashland/Russell Kentucky, but they’ve stiffed me on covering the medical bill.
Over heard a manager yelling at a server. Slow service and food was cold

Despite this, the staff remains polite and goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Overall, the IHOP is a great place to visit for a meal, with a wide range of options and a welcoming atmosphere.
