Otium Cellars is a true hidden gem nestled amidst stunning scenery. Their tasting room is a charming haven, and the staff's warm hospitality made us feel instantly welcome. We particularly enjoyed the unique selection of German wines, each offering a distinct and delightful experience. The Maximilian red blend, with its rich flavors and smooth finish, was a standout favorite.
