I had a really positive experience thanks to a new employee who provided excellent customer service and had such a kind, welcoming attitude. Unfortunately, I noticed that the manager was exceptionally rude to him, which was disappointing to see. I hope his hard work and kindness are recognized.
The cashier was a new employee and really nice, but the manager was not nice. While the cashier was greeting us and politely helping us with coupons the manager was micromanaging rudely and making everyone uncomfortable. Also when I asked a question he answered extremely patronizing and as I was complying to what he was saying he kept saying it rudely interrupting and repeating the same thing.
Purcellville Sweet Frog is always clean and well maintained! Considering there is usually just 1 employee working at a time, they do alot! Yes, tipping can be out of control in some places, but please remember who has kept the yogurt machines full, clean, toppings cut up, toppings always filled/available, tables cleaned, floor swept, cones made, and so much more. There is WAY more that goes on behind the scenes in these shops than you know.
