A simple, no frills cafe with a friendly staff and good food. This cafe reminds me of local “Mom & Pop” establishments that were prevalent before chain restaurants became the norm. Our food was served hot and tasted great. The only disappointment was the coffee was pretty “strong”. I recommend this restaurant.

Poor service, you will not get napkins, utensils or drinks refills unless you ask and then they seem upset.
I ordered to go, I was never told that my order was ready. 40 minutes later I asked the waiter if my order was ready because I was waiting for it. He said “oh yea, it has been ready”.
He went to get my order then the older guy came to me and said of front of everyone with a loud voice and an attitude “you wanted your order to go, so you cannot be complaining”. I was shocked and said excuse me! He said The other guy told us that you were complaining.

Patrons, please check your bill. The lady who checked me out at the cash register tried to overcharge me immensely on my first and only visit. I ordered a BLTE (E - egg ($7.00) and house fries ($3.00). she brought me a BLT…when I called her and told her that my order was incorrect, she told me that she heard BLT…I reminded her that when I ordered, I also pointed to the menu when I told her I wanted a BLTE. Upon checkout, she tried to overcharge me for the house fries and the. She also changed me to a 10% tax when the Qualtico Meal tax is capped at 6%. Very shady!

Wanted to show some love for this wonderful establishmentI can’t rave enough about this family owned business.My husband frequented here when he lived here on base a few years back and was excited to bring me here when we moved here.To start off : They have very friendly and fast service, they are always kind and helpful and not to mention their food is so clean and fresh tasting!Pictured here is the Anaheim sandwich (without ? bacon )It is probably the best breakfast sandwich I could ask for, I could write a paragraph on it alone ?I am leaving a longer review because everything about this business is done with excellence.This place may be overlooked often but it definitely should be appreciated!!!Their dedication to provide Quality meals, keep things consistent and make it delicious is an art.Also pictured is another detail I wanted to point out : just how well they handle their food orders that are to-go!To manually place holes in their boxes mean they care about the quality of their food and don’t want it to get too steamed up in the box for their customers. ?They truly care about every aspect.Please make this your next visit ??☺️ ?

This downtown restaurant in Quantico is absolutely the BEST. The warm and professional staff, alongside the attentive owners, extend a familial welcome with each visit. I find myself drawn here nearly every lunchtime, captivated by the incredible food. Every dish bursts with flavor. The pristine kitchen and dining area reflect the dedication of the hardworking staff. It's an absolute gem that I simply adore! Will always recommend!
S&Gs is the Breakfast for me! Did a summer as a platoon commander at OCS, S&Gs was a favorite bonding spot for staff members when we didn’t have to be with the candidates. It can get a bit busy so make sure to plan accordingly. Biscuits and gravy was my favorite, make sure you don’t have something like the E-course immediately after!
