No salads, no rotisserie chicken and they don't always have the current advertised items. Otherwise the food is very fresh and tasty.

12:50 pm surprisingly running early for my next client. I go through the drive-thru. BIG MISTAKE. Only 1 car in the drive-thru YES! I heard what the older gentleman ordered. I placed my order. After 6 or 7 minutes of waiting on his order they asked him to pull forward. My money was taken promptly. I watched as the girl that had taken my order & money run from bag to bag at the food window. I saw her put my French dip in a bag with another sandwich. 8 minutes later the old man got his food and pulled away. A different girl asked me to pull forward. I told her I just saw the girl put my sandwich in that man's bag. No she didn't she said. I asked her please I've been in the line for 20 minutes just make sure my orders right. After another 5 or 6 minutes a different girl comes out with a bag full of food. I guess I looked at her funny cuz she said what did you order and I told her you should have a French dip and potato cakes. She walked away. 4 or 5 minutes later she comes out, hands me the bag, I double check and TAH DAH no au jus and no sauce for the potato cakes. Bless her heart she was so frustrated but she ran in and got au jus and the sauce. She apologized for her coworkers incompetence and said the manager sent me a turnover as an apology. I thanked her and told her it wasn't her fault nor was it her place to apologize and to have a good day. Now I'm late over 30 min for an appointment I was gonna be 10 min early for. Oh and by the way, the turnover was dry as the Sahara and stale. I didn't need more food. Just what I ordered like everyone behind me that got theirs while I sat waiting.

Stopped here for a quick bite. The burgers were ok, could have been hotter. The fries were warm, not hot and could have been warmer. The cost of a soft drink is crazy. When are these prices going to drop?

This is not a full service Arby's. Focus seems to be on Hambergers?? Apple turnovers were cold and hard. When I asked about that the young lady said "that's just how they come".

Worst experience I've ever had in a fast food establishment...and that says a lot. The "kids" working only were focusing on drive thru and online orders and ignored those in line to order in store. We stood there 5 minutes and the cashier noticed us but kept on ignoring us. We ended up leaving without an order, due to the fact no one wanted to serve us. As someone who worked fast food, this was atrocious.
