Always like to stop by to get a roast beef which is generally consistently done well. My beef is with service. Never seems to be busy when we stop by. Forget about service at the drive through. You will not be noticed at the order speaker. Slow on inside also. Hard to imagine the owners can not find employees that care. You could make 10 times the sales if you would recruit decent workers. May be you should rethink your pay scales or sell it to someone that understands how to motivate staff.

I ordered two beef and cheddars, and somebody put sauce on them. I don't know if it was Arby's sauce but it tasted sweeter than usual. I've never once had a beef and cheddar that came with sauce already put on it and I've eaten hundreds of them. It was gross.

I decided to check out this location last week. I went through the drive through and I was all confused because I haven't been to an Arby's in years. But the girl taking my order was so sweet and she was very patient and helpful while I was trying to figure out what I wanted. When I got to the window the same girl and another lady working there saw my dog and offered me a pup cup. I believe their names were Arielle and Mary. and while I waited for my food they were asking me about my dog and helped answer a few other questions I had about the menu. They were so sweet and had such positive attitudes. I came back again today and the service I received was just as amazing. I will definitely be coming back!
