“I always love a good trip to Waffle House. Since I live more than an hour from one now, I almost always stop when I pass one. That's how I ended up here. If I'm going to be honest, this is the nicest and cleanest Waffle House I have ever been to, which made me nervous lol. But they delivered on every aspect: the food, the service, and the show. We arrived and were greeted by Elizabeth (who I assume is the manager as she had on a different color shirt and how everyone interacted with her). She cleaned off the table in front of us too. MJ was our waitress and good 'ol Patrick was the cook and surprisingly the only cook back there. However, when things were going slow Elizabeth jumped right in to help. There was a younger blonde lady working as well, but I didn't catch her name as she had to borrow someone else's apron (I know because someone was complaining she didn't have on her apron). Her and Mj, not friends. The young lady tried to tell MJ how to do her job several times and MJ snapped back at her. You could tell this was not MJs first rodeo. I ordered my usually, the All Star (now $11.00 even). I got the waffle, bacon, scrambled eggs with cheese, and plain hash browns. Oddly enough, 2 seconds after ordering, my bestie was delivered a waffle with nuts and we knew it wasn't ours. Of course, MJ realised her mistake and took it back only to instantly deliver to the table it belonged too. I am not a fan of redelivered food especially since COVID. Anywho, our plain waffles came out immediately and were perfect. We started to eat those. We were close to the cook so we could tell he was behind a few orders. Actually we watched MJ bring a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich back that apparently had no sausage on it. MJ tells Patrick and he says "there was some on there when I gave it to you" now looking at this woman it belonged to and how quickly she gave it back, I can't imagine she scarfed down 2 sausages that quickly. I mean maybe she did but who knows. Patrick places 2 patties on her already bitten out of sandwich. Alas, my food comes, but not besties sausage biscuit. Well, as any bestie I started eating not waiting for her food because it can't possibly be that long between our food coming, after all Elizabeth is whipping out eggs like she is the Queen hen herself. While I continue to eat, and bestie continues to wait, the Sherrie comes in asking if anyone owns a red pickup truck. The young blonde lady behind the counter says yes. The sherif is taking her sweet time. We are all holding our breath waiting for what she's about to say. She asks the waitress if it's hers, she replies yes again. The sheriff very slowly says "your lights are on." We all sigh in relief because that anticipation was building up for sure. By the time I finish eating besties sandwich finally arrives. It comes with an apology from both MJ and Patrick. Luckily we weren't in a hurry so we weren't super worried about it. But glad the apologies came too.”

“We ate here as a group of twenty after a travel ball tournament. We called ahead to make sure they could accommodate all of us. The manager said to come on and when we arrived they had us set up in a private room. Manager, Josh went above and beyond for us and the server was prompt and wonderful. Food and mixed drinks were delicious. We will definitely come back.”

“We stopped by here in search of a quick lunch on the way home from the beach. The 1st Subway we stopped at was out of multiple cheeses and bread so we decided to continue East on 64 on we sure were glad we did. The owner here treated us with a personal type of kindness. Spending time to speak with our young son and even treating him with some extras of his favorite sides. Food was fresh and great. The workers also seemed to be quite pleasant. One of the better Subways we have been to in quite some time.”

She brought the most expensive item versions of our orders to our table that clearly were not what we ordered or said, and then was openly frustrated when we asked her to take it away. “NEW to the area, found this little Gem in accident but it was a happy accident cause its quite possibly the best I've come across yet since moving to Virginia. The two girls working the counter were great welcoming and held a conversation well answered any and available questions with patients and Diligence. I live for breakfast so the fact that they serve breakfast all day until closing is Absolutely phenomenal. Coffee blend was rich but not to sweet to where it drowns out the natural notes of coffee. A flavorful full body medium roast with a nutty rich after taste followed by desired flavor choice to finish it off. Chefs kiss. ?The breakfast sandwich was ? HOT. something that is rare to find when getting breakfast at noon crispy delicious bacon in melty gooey cheese with a toasted Bagel was the perfect way to make my afternoon. Honestly the only downside to it all was that they had zero donuts left at the time I went in. however from the taste of eveything else i can kinda see whay theres nothing left i bet those donuts are out of this world also wish there was more room to sit down and eat cause i ate in my car....But it's okay that won't stop me from coming back. I came in yesterday to pickup my takeout order and the women working was very nice, quick, and my food was made PERFECT. The store was clean and in order. Everything was stocked. “A colleague had tickets to 1609 for New Years Eve Dinner over looking the Colonial Downs Race Track on the 4th floor of Rosies……and the Food, atmosphere and service was remarkable…For The three course menu entree I had encrusted Salmon and the sauce ? wow ..…..was able to meet the Executive Chef Tom when he personally brought my Salmon back to me and loved the desert…was so tasty… ? The service overall was so impeccable and the ambiance of the atmosphere made our New Years Eve Dinner enjoyable…loved the NYE Swag and invitation to the concert even though we could not stay…”

She took care of our needs. As we were leaving we used the restrooms. Both were filthy. If we had used them before we were seated, I doubt we would have stayed.”

“My wife and I go here about once or twice a year. She's the wine drinker in the family and has always enjoy their blanc. They really stepped up their menu with more options than a charcuterie board. The samosas were so good I ordered more and the buffalo chicken dip really hit the spot for me. Tasty and shareable, the pretzels they have are from their old menu, so I'm too scared to try them to see if they changed. The location is beautiful as always and they had some very friendly ladies working. It's my wife's happy place and I'm glad they are continuing to improve!”
