I am furious at the service here. when placing an order, I had asked for two sandwiches and two seasoned fries. I was prompted with "individual fries or picnic." I asked what was meant by that as I don't often go to bojangles. No clarification was given, and I was just asked to pay. I did so and began the wait for my food. when I got the bag of food I looked in it and there was one fry order, when I said "I ordered two fries" the *very* rude cashier stated "I asked you individual...read full review
I gave the food a 4 star only because I asked and paid for White meat and I got Dark Meat anyway.. By me being on my lunch I didn't have time to turn around to exchange my meal but I did call the store and informed the manager that I was just in there I gave him my receipt number he told me to come back and he will give me another meal ..

Staff is incredibly friendly. The cashier that has served me twice in the last two weeks is very polite. The chicken and fries were barely warm. The biscuit was hot and super fresh. I will still come back.
