Rhonda, very helpful and pleasant with her customers. Explains ways to help you save money which in days and time are rare. She is a very valuable employee for you. I will continue to drive the extra 6 miles to this location although I have 2 Bojangles within 3 miles of my house.

I recently went thru Bojangles drive thru in Quinton Va. I was given thigh leg instead of my order breat wing. I called back and Manager Kathy told me to come back and they would make it right. Two days later, I went back. I only wanted the breast and wing but Laurie insisted I receive the full meal because she wanted every experience to be a great experience. Laurie was professional and very nice. Food was great!

This is the best Bojangles in va. Chicken is always fresh and the biscuits are fully cooked and not doughy in the middle like other locations. Biscuits will always be fresh no matter what time of the day you order it. Tea will always be perfect and you'll never wait longer than 8 mins. They really have it together out of all the others in RVA and Henrico. I will always go out of my way to this location. That sharp cheddar slices on that sausage egg and cheese is everything.
