Ordered food for me and my son specifically asked for milk instead of tea for his order. When she handed me two teas I politely said no I didnt order two teas and she cut me off before I even finished speaking with an attitude telling me thats what it comes with. She yelled here when she handed my food. As I drove aways she spit at my car. All my food was burnt

Food is usually hot and fresh here. But since Covid they can't maintain staffing. Long waits and sometime unsatisfactory service. The only fried chicken place in the area so thats sad. Often over hear employees complaining about lack of management. This could be the best fast food spot in the area but....

My only gripe with Bojangles is the coleslaw they put on their BBQ Sandwiches. I forgot to tell them to leave it off and it sucked.
Anyways, this restaurant was big and brand new. Service was a bit slow.
This was our first experience going to a Bojangles was disappointed.

They were having issues at the drive thru, so i had to go inside. the staff was amazing!! They offered to help people carry trays, they worked together to get people their food. The restaurant was clean, they spoke to everyone and made us feel comfortable. They all deserve a raise!
