Service was great. Quick and easy. The cashier was nice. I’ve ordered multiple times with no issues. Today I ordered two pizzas, wings and lava cakes. Everything was great. My only issue is the wings. They tasted fine but this what my honey BBQ wings looked like…. They drizzled the sauce on instead of properly coating them. I saw another review where it was properly done… it was a disappointing but like I said it tasted fine it was just missing the sauce.
This is one of the only pizza delivery services in our area. We order Dominoes in other locations and it is fabulous. We order here and our order takes forever to get to us is cold and there is always something shady going on. Tonight we ordered a pizza at 5:01. At 5:42 it was out for delivery. At 6:08 it was back to a quality check and then left the store. We called. Zack originally said the order was made wrong, then changed his story and said it was delivered to the wrong house. They supposedly remade the pizza but does not look like they did. They also did not call to tell us any of this, we called them. This is really bad business and management should be embarrassed and ashamed.
2/21/2025 I placed an order online for Dominos 9.99 pizza special. Order went through no issue, said my pizza would be ready in 25-30 minutes. 5 minutes maybe less I received a phone call from an employee named Jason, stating that some of the toppings I ordered were unavailable due to 1. Because of the special, customers were ordering extra toppings causing them to run out and 2. Because of the chicken issue, the delivery truck was cancelled to bring in their food supply. So he proceeded to tell me that it would be the same price even without the toppings I ordered. Which, not everyone out here ordering food is looking for something for free, however if your business cannot provide a customer with the items they are looking for, it's common courtesy to see if there is something you can do or offer to satisfy the customer to keep their business with you. So while talking with Jason due to my family being undecided on what we wanted to do, I said I may check with Papa John's to see if maybe I can get what I wanted there, and he hung the phone up in my face. No I'm sorry for the inconvenience no anything. So I let it be. Talked it over with my wife and called back to the Dominos to see if I could go ahead and proceed with the placed order and some other kid answered the phone and I asked to speak with Jason regarding the order, I was placed on hold and the phone hung up. So I called back And Jason picked up and I explained that we would like to keep the order and what would I need to do resubmit the order online or could they go ahead and make it. Jason said well we already cancelled the order and if I was to resubmit it, it would take 2 hours for my pizza to be ready. So I hung up in his face. This is why chain restaurants are suffering because of customer service and issues with providing quality products to customers. I will not be returning to this particular Domino's. Papa John's or Chanellos from now on.
The wings are very small and the pizza is dry and very little amount of sauce on the wings

Called to place a order for some truck drivers at loves since stuck in the snow. When I finally got someone on the line he spoke a 100 words a second I asked to slow it down and he took it to literal and sounded like he took us for a joke when i asked if he’s done being dumb he hangs up. Need more mature people operating.
Been getting pizza from these guys for years starting back in their old location. They always get it right or make it right for us.

Food showed up after 25 minutes even though we are 10 minutes away. Forgot half the order and when the 2nd half of the food showed up, one was cold and one was burned. Only ordered because we had gift cards but never again.

I actually enjoy dominos pizza over other brands, I just would like a little bit more customer service and for my pizza to be cut into normal triangles and not like a jigsaw puzzle lol.

We really love Domino's pizza but the location in Quinton, Virginia really suck! They double the price if you call in an order. We ordered a medium pan pepperoni pizza and was told it would be $18.00 (out of their mind) !!! I then ordered online applied a coupon it is suppose to be $10.79 I will see when my husband returns if that's the real price. This location the employees are rude . The last time I went in to pick up an order there were two customers complaining about their orders! Come on guys what is the matter with this store ??????? Who owns this location?

The pizza is generally pretty good, although they are stingy with toppings. The Boneless Chicken bites tasted like breaded cardboard, were about an inch diameter, and the 16 piece cost $21.99. Won't be ordering that again.

Terrible customer service the employees have been rude; additionally they were dishonest about delivering an order there are certainly much better pizza places in the area such as Prima Pizza, Antonio’s , even Pizza Hut would not recommend
