Our 3rd time tried the place Nothing has changed Young girl wasn't very friendly felt like not welcomed at all I felt bad asking her a question about the certain donut her answer was I don't know with frustrated face Oh I like to know where all the fillings at it was a drop of filling on each 1 of the dozen of donuts

I have been coming to this dunkin donuts location multiple times I never had a problem there until today. I was at the drive thru and there was a vehicle in front of me ordered their food and after when the car in front of me moved to the last drive thru window and the employee said on the intercom "I will be right with you." So I waited a few minutes and he didn't say anything so I pulled up to see what was going on and the vehicle in front of me left and I drove all the way through drive-thru looking at him and he looked at me. Then I just shook my head and left there. They are not getting anymore my business cause of that. That's being inconsiderate and trifling.If you can't train your employees to do better, then yall don't need to be in business. Yall need to be permanently closed if that's going to be the case. Get it together guys!!!

Employee at drive-thru was cursing while people were standing around ordering food last week. Acting very dramatic and extremely loud. That same employee was screaming and making fun of another employee to hurry up and bring a drink to someone's car. A really sweet African American employee was ignored and she just stood by the donuts the whole time looking lost. I was waiting for my order. They needed help too. How rude is that? When I left the parking lot, she looked at me sadly through the window. I haven't seen her since. Don't know if she quit. Manager has no customer service skills. I asked for a water and she demanded I pay her $1.12. I said " when did you start charging for a cup of water?" She replied with an attitude "Since we have been open." I even told an employee they gave me diluted coffee one day. He just apologized. Acted like he was going to reimburse me and never did. I should have told the manager about that incident but she had such a bad attitude about the water that I left the store. She even told me she wasn't supposed to be working that day and that she came in for just a coffee. I am now going to a different Dunkin even if it's further away.

8/15/24 update: Went thru the drive thru around 1pm and had exceptional service!
Bad service is an understatement. This location opens at 5am therefore ovens should have been preheated before opening. My food could not be cooked right away and I requested a refund. The manager was not there at the time so I had to wait longer for my food making me late for work. First and last time I will visit this location.

Got our drinks fast and easy, the service was good and our barista was nice. Drinks were all right and tasted amazing ;P. I definitely recommend a matcha tea with *1* pump raspberry(:

Stopped into this Dunkin' Donuts today, and as soon as I walked in, I overhear the associates speaking about my daughter, who was still getting out of the car. Neither of these individuals knows my daughter. So as I approached the register they lady associate talks about my children entering the establishment. I asked her if there was a problem and why she was talking about my daughter. They both look crazy in the face now because I have spoken up. Unprofessional group of people working here. On top of that, the restroom wasn't clean. Floors in the lobby had trash all over it. The staff uniforms even looked like they could use some laundering. As we leave, another employee is coming in for her shift. She looked like all the joy in her life was being sucked out as she entered her place of work. Hire NEW people!!

Breakfast sandwichs were okay, pretty salty. Could not even the eat the hash browns. They had been sitting in oil for too long. Avocado toast was good Doughnuts were good. We pulled around front to wait for food, but not for too long ago so that's fine. The speaker on the drive thru was very loud!
