I ordered three drinks today 10/9/25 and one drink was supposed to be iced coffee with cream and sugar and it tastes like tea and cream. My caramel latte has zero caramel flavor. I tried calling the store and the phone isn’t working. Terrible

Was a little disappointed. I went into the store for a pumpkin muffin. I know they only have them this time of year. I was really looking forward to enjoying it. No pumpkin muffins. They don't have them this year, instead they have the donuts. They were delicious 😋

Preordered in the app an hour early. When I got there they didn’t even make my drink yet. I had to be somewhere. I also had to tell the guy that I was missing a donut. No napkins either. Two stars because the guy was polite.

Everyone was very polite and fast however the quality of the coffee and food were horrible. My “signature latte” is just milk and coffee. Nothing else. My husband asked for a an espresso and he got an oat milk latte. Would definitely skip over this one immediately.
