I come to this location occasionally as it's close to my house. 4 times out of 5 the coke taste awful. Not sure if it's cleaner or bad mix but it's undrinkable. McDonald's coke has a reputation and this location is not up to the standard. Very disappointing.

Stopped by here earlier with my husband, the food was okay. Wish prices haven't gone up everywhere by so much, so the food wasn't worth the price

Me and my boyfriend entered the drive thru to pick up a quick meal for a long drive. Sat in drive thru for well over 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order, several cars were in the lot as well as at the windows and cars were backing up behind us as well as the second drive thru speaker. Ended up driving around to the windows to see that they had closed a few minutes before we decided to drive around. No signs on the drive thru menus, the one employee that was inside wasn't doing anything to assist drive thru or people still waiting on food. There was also a trash can over flowing with trash, with trash all over the ground as well right outside the back door.

Went into this location over the weekend to get some food for my family and cashier and the manager and staff were extremely rude. I ordered my food from the kiosk and added sauces to my order and when the food came out none of the sauces were correct and then when I asked for the right sauces I got complete attitude from the staff including the manager like I did something wrong. This locations staff are very rude and unprofessional

Went through the drive though at 10:10pm. Food was clearly served far past it's shelf life, aka cold meat and hard buns on my mcdoubles. Fries were cold and mushy. And my nugs were extra crunchy. As a former mcdonald's closer, I understand the late night struggle, but this was brutally disappointing all the way around. Ended up going to taco bell up the street after I tried to eat it. Four thumbs down.

Hit or miss, order is usually wrong or something is forgot like drink or apples in happy meal, usually always.
Employees showed favoritsm to certain others in the drivethru line. And in suit with that behavior they ignore the decorum of the society they are graced with being a part of. When someone says good morning, thank you, or you're welcome. You respond in polite society. If thats the behavior you want to employ, take it somewhere else.

This was the first time I had been to a McDonald’s in well over 5 years. My kids and I went to the location in Quinton,VA to grab the grinch meal.
It took almost 40 minutes for us to receive our meals. We watched several people come into the restaurant, order at the kiosk just like we did, and receive their meals before we did. After 30 minutes I finally went to the counter and spoke to the manager. She asked me if I wanted a refund. I did not want a refund, I wanted our food. My son could not wait any longer as he had to go to work. We finally received our food and then I had to drive to my son’s work to deliver his now cold, food.
I will absolutely not be returning. I did not once receive an apology or explanation for why it took so long for us to receive our food.

Drcided to visit at this mcdonald's today....And I was immediately reminded why I don't eat here anymore. Please stop sending your customers around out of the drive thru and parking them.So you can get your drive thru numbers down.It is absolutely insane when there's no one in the drive thru but yet you still make people parking parking spots. you want to park me in a curbside pickup spot, which if I wanted to do curbside, I would have ordered it on the app and did that myself and have to back out of your parking lot that people fly down and take the risk of being hit because no one pays attention. And on top of that, I can't remember the last time I actually got fresh fries. And on top of that, when I check my order and it's wrong.I now have to get out of the car and walk into the building to deal with it when it defeats the purpose of drive thru to begin with

Consistently absolute SLOWEST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Today I wasted 15 min for a sandwich. Had to finally ask a hardly verbal employee what the deal was. Then I got the wrong order. Never fails at the bottom bridge McDonald’s
