Service wasn't bad especially a kind middle aged black lady who took my order. The food taste was horrible because the chicken was almost raw. I had to throw who bag of my food in trash. By profession I am a driver, and after driving 650 miles I stopped for food. I stayed hungry for another 200 miles and wasted my $10 plus at McDonald's. Just wanna say to McDonald's please respect your customer and do your job honestly.

Cashier was snoddy. No smile or how may I help you. I asked for a filet o fish with tartar sauce on the side, but she continued with a meal deal. When I told her that I asked for the sandwich only, she became very snoddy towards me. After taking my order, she didn’t even say thank you. Sandwich was not even hot. Bread rubbery and fish like warm. Won’t come back here. For the prices they are charging, I could go to a diner and get freshly cooked food for just a little bit more.

This McDonald’s is a joke. Employees are making $15/hr but moving like it’s $7. No urgency, no respect for the line of people waiting. The only time they acknowledge customers is when they shout out your number. Tables dirty, napkins all over the floor, and staff walking around with sagging pants showing their underwear. If this is what $15/hr gets, then it’s not worth it. Double thumbs dow

Our family enjoys McDonald's so we stopped at this location to grab lunch. Unfortunately my quarter pounder was raw. My first bite I'm chewing and I sense the burger isn't really warm. Unfortunately I swallowed. I look at my burger and it's raw inside. I could have made a big Mac with the amount of raw meat I had in my hands. My money was refunded.

Playing super loud music in the back. Even on top of the music that is played in the dining area. My bf and I have been standing at the front waiting for someone to acknowledge us. They forgot our drinks. They made our order to go even though we ordered it to dine in. I saw them drop a kids meal on the ground and pick it back up like it never happened. The employees are just gross and dirty looking in general. We just left because ain't no way I'll ever eat here. I lost my appetite.

Ordered curbside pickup at 12:53pm today. At 1:25pm still no food. Went inside and had to ask someone to make my order. My ticket was still on the ticket machine. Got my food at 1:36pm. FAST food my ass. Called the store and told they were short staffed. I counted no less than 10 people working. DO BETTER Quinton.
