I don't know why I even bother coming back here. They take forever to even give you your food and then it's almost always wrong. Today we just left after the guy at the register who didn't even speak was on his third or fourth attempt to ring up our order which he kept getting wrong. I've waited 45 min for a happy meal at this place before. There are others that aren't too far away just go to that one doesn't matter how busy they are this place always sucks

This is just not one visit this is multiple times, lunch hour's 11:30-12pm… I would think have the fries ? ?. Rush hour, it don’t matter weekday or weekend. ? Sandwich Cold. Cheeseburger no patty. Did it for me. Yes I know our teens needs experience But this falls on Management and while Keith shift Manager was responsible for his employees performance. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE PULLING OFF IF YOU WENT THROUGH DRIVE THROUGH. ‼️Oh and they never ask if “Will You Be Using Your Mobile app today? They young teens don’t take customer see seriously anymore. Yes even at McDonald’s you need great customer service.

Absolutely horrendous. I stopped at 11:30am on a Friday for lunch. After using the bathroom (should've been my first clue), I went to order food. No one was at the front at all so I went to the kiosk. All I wanted was a quarter pounder combo. After clicking "meals" it never actually brings up a meal so I added the sandwich but there still was no meal option. I've used fast food kiosks quite a bit, even at McD's, but something seemed off. After several minutes, still no one at the front with few customers inside. I left and went to the drive-thru to order. Only a couple of minutes wait to place my meal but then I sat. The line didn't move for quite a while so I bailed. I wasted 15 minutes at this place and never did get any food. You should 100% find another location!

Outta Direction

Guys working there were very nice. The screen to tell you your number wasn't on or working an the parking lot was closed off. Only on one side so was a pain in the butt going through it.

At 1:31 placed a mobile order of two chicken nugget kid meals.. at 2:03 the order wasn’t even in the process of being made.. refund requested. My first and only time visiting. Will not make that mistake again.

Waited around inside for 10 minutes. We were never acknowledged, and the random eye contact we could get was quickly averted. Awful customer service, the order kiosks were turned off so you had to order at the front register. Next time they just need to lock the doors if they aren’t staffed for people coming in. Good luck if you choose to stop here!

We have stopped there two Saturdays in a row and ordered online just to get to the restaurant and still had to wait 15 minutes for our order. Why even have online when it's faster going inside instead of online ordering. The gentleman bought out our food and I couldn't say anything because I nothing good to say.

The McDonald's we hit going from Hampton Roads to Charlottesville in the morning because they're always quick and never have a line in the lobby!

This was the second time I went to this restaurant. Both times weren't good. The employee taking our order looked like she didn't want to be there. The other employee came out of the kitchen cussing . They did say sorry as they passed by us. Then we waited a real long time to get our food. It looked like there was only one employee putting the food together and one on the fryer. We ordered 3 kids chicken nugget meals. They fixed one happy meal at a time. You know the food is cold when the kids wouldn't even eat the fries that they really wanted. I wont be going back.
