Worst Pizza Hut food/ experience ever. Ordered delivery on app at 8:34pm. Delivered at 10:15pm. Food was cold. Pizza had no sauce, hardly any cheese and was undercooked. Couldn't even eat it.

I ordered 2 items online at 6:15. When I arrived at the store at 6:40. The order was not able to be found. I was told it would be another 15-20 minutes for the order to be remade. I told the manager that I would rather have my money back, since I was with my mother with Alzeheimers. He told me I was being rude and I could wait over in the seat. I had already waited for the 2 customers in front of me and there were 4 customers behind me. He asked the next customer her name and refused to issue me a refund on my order. This manager employee claimed to be a manager and refused to give me his name. I have never had a manager be so dismissive of a customer and have so little communication skills when listening to a customer.

Rude customer service on 1/28/25 at 8:30pm . Called to place an order and was told by a male employee that I was unable to order wings because the fryer was “down for the night”, when inquired about closing hours was sarcastically told “we do have to clean it sometimes.” Silly of me to think routine cleaning would be done once they close or before they opened and not in the middle of business hours rendering customers unable to order from the full menu.

Kid-friendliness: The manager hates children. They have this awesome deal at Pizza Hut where if children read a million books or something crazy, they get a free personal pan pizza! Let’s be real, that’s an insanely good crazy deal that Pizza Hut should be proud of. The manager of this Pizza Hut specifically, happens to hate children, and I’ll tell you why. Did I say manager? I meant the Grinch who stole pizza from children. He would not allow us to redeem these book it forms because the children weren’t there?!?!?! Oh I’m sorry you stupid idiot, do the guidelines for redemption state that children have to be there? NO! Does he hate children? YES. Bro doesn’t even know the guidelines for the redemption, super embarrassing honestly. Anywho, we didn’t pay for the already made pizzas that I’m sure were thrown in the trash, thanks for nothing to the terrible manager who sucks at his job. Merry Christmas to all except that mean Grinch manager.

Really was disgusted upon finding a 2 inch long black curly hair in the center of our pizza. Really wish you would use hairnets. Be awhile before ordering again at Quinton store.

Violently craving Pizza Hut. Makayla was so kind when taking my order and patient with reviewing the deals. Pizza, garlic cheese breadsticks, and wings were amazing. Pregnancy craving satisfied.

Staff has an attitude and I never understood why. I have to politely correct 2 of them from being unprofessional. However, Pizza Hut is my favorite and stuck with this site when I’m on duty.

I ordered the pizza half with toppings and half plain, cheese for my daughter. When we got home the pizza had the toppings covering the whole pizza. We did not have time to go back and order again. I had to pick toppings off for her to eat, she was not happy at all.
