Worst Pizza Hut food/ experience ever.
Ordered delivery on app at 8:34pm. Delivered at 10:15pm. Food was cold. Pizza had no sauce, hardly any cheese and was undercooked. Couldn't even eat it.

I ordered 2 items online at 6:15. When I arrived at the store at 6:40. The order was not able to be found. I was told it would be another 15-20 minutes for the order to be remade. I told the manager that I would rather have my money back, since I was with my mother with Alzeheimers. He told me I was being rude and I could wait over in the seat. I had already waited for the 2 customers in front of me and there were 4 customers behind me. He asked the next customer her name and refused to issue me a refund on my order. This manager employee claimed to be a manager and refused to give me his name. I have never had a manager be so dismissive of a customer and have so little communication skills when listening to a customer.
