Update 01/10/2025: Okay, I've been back a few more times and customer service has been consistently better. Please maintain this. In my career, even if I'm having a crap day, I cannot allow it to affect my performance. I chose my career just like you (Starbucks employees) chose yours. I will give you kudos for providing good service, but I will also report bad service. Please maintain.
Today would’ve been my fiancés first time going to this location and when I say I was absolutely blown away by the customer service she got from the store manager, Hi-me. She’s gone to quite a few different Starbucks and each one of them could not match to the experience she received today from him. 10/10 customer service 10/10 environment. The best cookie crumble drink she’s ever had
