This might be the worst fast food quality experience I’ve ever had. I had two bites then just threw it away and went somewhere else.
Go to literally any other Taco Bell in the world. I’m sure it will be better.

I ordered the Cantina Chicken Bowl and they didn’t provide any utensils. When I asked, they said they didn’t have any and responded very rudely. It was frustrating and disappointing the worst service I’ve had here. I hope this doesn’t happen again. I usually go to this Taco Bell regularly, and the service is generally good especially one of the staff members who’s always polite and helpful. But today was a completely different experience. The person who usually helps me is great, but today’s staff gave a really bad impression.

The chipotle burrito was advertised for three dollars each on TV,but I was charged 3.99 each. The “manager “ on duty basically dismissed me when I showed him a picture of the menu price. This is not a good business practice.

Standard modern Taco Bell. If I had one complaint, the cruchwrap Supreme wasn't evenly spread. One bite was just tomatoes and lettuce, the meat and nachos cheese were all to one side.
Staffing is friendly, orders are prepared concise & timely with very minimal wait Always have fairly large orders as I am purchasing for several family members lunches every day

So we went starving to get some taco bell and let me tell you right now we were hungrier than hungry okay it's not even funny how hungry we were so we go in there and we get we get to combos or whatever and it was it was just it was not good the gordita shells were harder than rocks the amount of nacho fries that he got with his deluxe State and nacho fries it was 20 dollars and I wouldn't feed it to my dog it was so sad

Stand at the counter to be ignored for 10 minutes. Wait for a customer to inform you that they'll ignore you and you need to order from the kiosk. No signs or anything, just stand around, ignored. Sad.

Ate here yesterday, the tortillas tastes stale, end up getting sick within a few hours. Food poisoning for sure. Health inspectors need to do a surprise inspection to this location right away.
