I like this restaurant and the food is great! I live near by and my husband and I were looking for a place to order take out from and we came across this restaurant and decided to place an order. Food was great! Next weekend we decided to do the order again except this time we tried to place an order online and it wouldn’t work. That’s ok technology glitches, so we called to place an order again and no answer. We called several times and no answer so we had to order from somewhere else. Basically this has happened every time since our first order except for once I was able to place another order over the phone. I’m about to give up trying to eat here ever again since no one ever answers the phone and you can’t even place orders online. I feel like you have to win a lottery in order to eat here. Ridiculous and I’m sure I’m not the only person that feels this way. Wish I could be a repeat customer!

Even though this visit was ok, I wasn't exactly satisfied per my waitress the cheese on our tables cheese fries it wasn't considered spicy at all when apparently her and I have very different opinions bc it was so spicy myself and my granddaughter couldn't eat them, other than that my waitress was pretty good very hard worker, very welcoming and professional but as we were about to leave my 9 yr old granddaughters friend who was visiting w us got stung by a wasp which was totally an accident that no one could see coming, but we had to ask our busy waitress for some ice( who had moved on bc we'd already paid so her job was done) so this young girl & 2 other children plus 2 adults were standing in the middle of the restaurant and aisle while this child was holding ice 2 her thigh crying uncontrollably as it hurts so bad to move to do nothing and anything, I wasn't very happy with this I mean noone can control insects and such but I feel like we should have been better taken care of or acknowledged just put a bitter taste in my mouth towards this establishment 😡😡😡 and 4 what I spent on my total bill for literally myself and 2 children was ridiculous to be ignored

I will start this out with saying the customer service was super pleasant with every employee I encountered. 100 stars. Most businesses should take notes. My 1st time trying this place was around noon, when my coworker got me a steak and cheese and fries. I was super delighted to try other things because I did not have 1 complaint about any of it. When I got off I went there myself and spent a total of $76.42. My onion rings (not edible) were saturated with oil with each bite. I do believe if not for the oil dripping, they would have been delightful. The steak and cheese sub was good except one was supposed to have mayo and it did not. The hush puppies (not edible) were very hard & cooked beyond consuming. The crab dip was good except for the chips were stale. The wings were a complete flop. They were so soft inside and out. I was super disappointed because my coworkers rave about this place. Because of the customer service, I do believe I will give them another chance.

Came in yesterday with Dad at supper time. Restaurant was extremely busy, but our server Michael didn’t disappoint. He gave us very quick, friendly service and made sure we felt like family while we were in your restaurant.. top-notch server, excellent food. Can’t wait to return.

I really wish the food was good because there aren’t many places to eat in New Kent but it just wasn’t. The wings are so overcooked and came out cold. The Honey BBQ is actually spicy, FYI. I ordered the steak and cheese fries and it was just a pile of super dry steak and veggies sitting in the center of cold fries. There was no moisture in it to get to the fries and the cheese was too cold to even pull apart. The concept of the food is good but the cooks might need some additional training.

JUST ORDERED AND PICKED UP 2 TO GO ORDERED. TOOK 45 MINUTES JUST TO GET THE ORDER. ORDERED MED WELL IT WAS BURN TO A CRISP. 2ND BURGER WAS ORDERED MED RARE IT WAS ALSO BURNT TO CRISP.16.00 FOR THE FIRST BURGER AND COLD FRIES AND 2ND BURGER AND FRIES WAS 23.00 AS BLUE CHEESE AND MUSHROOM AND ONIONS WERE ADDED. iT ONE THING TO PAY THIS MUCH FOR BURGERS BUT TO BE BURNT TO A CRISP . New kent restaurants wonder why people drive to sandston or williamsburg to eat. Instead of where you live and work.

Love this place and how it caters to its locals and has great specials. I've always been pleased but.. this time let down only bc of my preference. Philly cheese steak is meh... Plus never had one with lettuce and tomatoes, it was just weird and didn't work. Otherwise, still a great place. Fried pickles awesome and love their tots even though they forgot my cheese on them. Oh well.

Kid-friendliness: Basic but good kids menu and specials that they eat free per adult meal each mon-wed. Which is awesome.
