Many Wendy’s have issues with speed or accuracy but I have to call out when they do a great job. This Wendy’s nailed out order and got it out quickly and it is appreciated on a road trip home. Thanks!!

I think there was an new employee on staff, and she overlooked a food item. Another employee came by expecting me to be the next customer and ready to pass food, but I told her we were missing the item. She gave us the overlooked mini frosty, but it was practically only halfway filled.

I haven't been to Wendy's in a few years and was completely disappointed. The prices skyrocketed and the quality of the beef plummeted. The hamburger used to taste like fresh cooked beef. Now it resembles a frozen low tier prepressed grocery store generic patty with zero flavor and a very mushy texture. I'm completely turned off to ever visiting any Wendys again.

The employees were very nice except for the woman that who took our order, went with my friend today and the person taking our order and she interrupted my friend, because of this our order was wrong. Not 1 star because everyone else was very nice!
