Extremely warm and welcoming staff, particularly Dev the owner. We spent 2 hours at this Wendy’s waiting for a tow truck after being in an accident and Dev was very kind and made a bad day at least bearable (he was also incredibly patient and understanding as we camped out in the corner for hours waiting for the tow truck)

I got food through the drive throu Tuesday night & spent the whole next day puking because I had gotten food poisoning. Do not recommend eating here. I will never be eating there again. The employees are always rude when i come through & everytime i have to wait even though there no one else in line or inside.

Ordered drive thru. Was told to pull up because they had to make burger. Waited 10 minutes!! Went inside and asked what was taking so long. Manager asked what my order was. Told him what I ordered. He was kind of rude saying he didn't see my order. I told him the lady at the drive thru took my money and order. He continued to say what my order was. Very unorganized and rude.

I ordered a couple of Frosty's, and they were like soup. You all were the only Wendy's that had nice thick Frostys until my last 2 visit. Please make them thick again. Please share this visit other Wendy's as well. We want thick Frostys, not soup.

Watch out and make sure you double check your recipe!!!!! I was charged $3 for ranch. The way it was on my recipe was .49 cent twice and $1.00 twice. I asked why does it say I've been charged $3 for ranch and the lady at the drive through said it was cheaper that way for the baconader fries. It seemed like a good excuse but only one thing, the fries only comes with cheese and bacon. I even doubled checked, so why would you say that? Also, don't think I didn't see where you only handed me back $2.20 and still kept the .80 cents.

This is the worst place to go. They are lazy. My husband ordered 4 SpongeBob meals and only got 3. He ordered me a baked potato and didn't receive it. He asked for a receipt and they closed the window on him and walked away. They have done this quite a few times. What it comes down to is that they are stealing from their customers and Wendy's Company doesn't give a care in the world.

I always have an issue with this particular Wendy's. Wether it is the order being wrong, nasty attitudes, or the reaction I get from asking for the drink I ordered and just paid for, like how dare you ask for that??
It's always a combination of something, sometimes they check multiple boxes because I have never had any one work here ever be remotely friendly. Pull up to the drive through to a "what do you need?"
If everyone who works here is so miserable go do something else.

This Wendy's was struggling. I don't wanna be too hard on them though because it was such a busy spot.
But when we came, the floors were extremely slick, you had to pay on cash, and the building itself was very small.

Employee come out the bathroom while I was in there and she didn't wash her hands ..there is a plaque in the restroom saying all team members must wash hands...I told the mgr.. she told me"there is a hand washing sink in the back...so lady you are justifying, in front of other employees that it is ok to not wash your hands after using the BATHROOM ? ?
