Beautiful views, excellent service, great food and drinks from the bar at a reasonable price. Would definitely go back! Loved the patio couches to finish our wine with a sunset view. I do think the layout and seating could use some work. Tables are kind of oddly placed around the restaurant but it is beautifully decorated and modern. We sat at kind of an awkward table facing the bar. Would have sat outside but they do not have four person tables that are not high tops outside as an option or many four person tables on the windows with amazing views unless you want to sit in a area by the door or away from the main area. Seating is the only area for improvement or they would have gotten 5 stars all around!
Their attention to flavor is unmatched.
We had a reservation for 10 and were seated right away. Everyone enjoyed their food. Service was very good. We stayed and had drinks outside after dinner. So nice to have a place like this in Radford!
Beautiful view!
Had the fish fry. More breading than fish. Breading was hard. Tartar sauce was very strange tasting. Hush puppies were not good. Did not even finish my dinner.
Do not be fooled into believing you will have an off menu dining experience on a busy weekend for Radford or VT. I made our 6 person reservation 6 weeks in advance to celebrate our VT graduate with no mention of a fixed $45 charge for a poorly maintained, unenjoyable Buffett experience. Our experience was awful! Let's start from the beginning.... The day of graduation, Thursday 5/15/2025 we had all of our kids making the trip for one day/night only from around the east coast. I wanted an elevated dining experience since we rarely are all together at the same time. We had 2 dining options when booking 6wks in advance; 8:15pm & 8:30pm leaving us to be grateful we “got in” considering how busy they were going to be. We chose 8:15pm. To our surprise upon entering the nearly empty restaurant there was a sign that graduation weekend was going to be a Buffett selection and not off menu. I was stunned and quite upset at that moment but for fear of embarrassment, fear of ruining an otherwise perfect day, the fact that it was a 25min out of the way drive, the late time and lack of options we agreed to be seated. I regret whole heartedly my decision! Do not make the same mistake as I did. Speak up right then. Let them know it was unprofessional and a complete disregard for their customers to change their menu without ever notifying guests with reservations made sometimes months in advance. The food was poorly presented, looking as though under heat lamps for hours clearly not turned over to fresh servings... in my opinion due to lack of people in the restaurant eating from the Buffett. Again... consult with the manager then. Do not settle and ruin your day with an ending as poor as Bee & Butter presented us with. After our graduation festivities were complete I began to feel regret and remorse for not providing an exceptional Experience for my family. Bee & Butter took that away from us. It sounds dramatic but The disappointment of not enjoying time together is overwhelming.
Food lacked any sort of flavor. Chopped steak was basically hamburger meat that I had to add seasoning to. Fries and drinks were tasty.
Graduation Dinner
I visited this restaurant after Radford graduation on May 10th, and unfortunately, my experience with the buffet was disappointing. Here are some key points:
Food Quality:
Corn Muffins: Hard and unappetizing.
Rice: Cold and hard.
Mashed Potatoes: Thick and cold.
Lamb Chops: Delicious, a highlight of the meal.
Beef: Served rare, not to my preference.
Desserts: Unappealing overall. The chocolate chip cookies were hard, the apple cobbler looked unappetizing, and the chocolate cake was plain.
Value:
The buffet was not worth the $45 price tag. I wished I could have ordered from the menu instead.
Ambiance:
The rooftop view was beautiful, offering a scenic look at Radford Campus and the mountains.
Recommendation: I do not recommend the buffet based on my experience. However, the restaurant's location and rooftop view are noteworthy.
I love the food, the area, everything was good. I would say the drink prices are a bit high but as strange as they sound they are really good.
We ate here for Graduation weekend and you could only get the buffet for brunch which was $27.00 a person not including drinks and the food offered was not much of an assortment and did not come close to $27.00 a person for eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Tried to get my mother a salad for dinner that night and they were only doing a dinner buffet. It seems if you are staying in the hotel you should be able to get a simple salad. Also, the service was very slow but this could of been due to their staff graduating. We had 6 people and a $200.00 bill was just over priced considering what we ate but we did enjoy the roof top and had drinks a few times and was very nice. I am sure if we had gone another time instead of graduation weekend it would have been better but was very disappointed. Thank you!

B&B was such a disappointment last night. After 30 min wait for 2 cocktails I told the waitress to forget about it. The waitress told me that if I wanted the cocktails sooner, I should have went to the bar because the bartenders were putting the barstools ahead of the floor. Really.
G eat server Hannah. Needs a raise.!! Food was be good. The place was almost impossible to find. No outdoor signage. It's inside a hotel on rooftop. But glad we found it
Loved everything about this place! Service was super fast and nice. Food was delicious and cocktails were great. Little pricey but it’s worth it for the atmosphere and the portions were enough but not too much. Will definitely come back!
An absolute gem ahead of its time for our area. Urban ambiance meets stunning mountain views. Great destination for a date night, special occasion or happy hour.
Went to Easter buffet with my wife. The food was delicious. Great variety, jumbo shrimp, fried chicken, home made desserts. The prime rib was cooked perfectly. Server was excellent. I hope they have the Easter buffet next year!
