My son was very excited to try this restaurant so we chose this venu for his graduation. It was a huge disappointment!! The food is extremely overpriced. Set us was a buffet style ($50/head) and a large majority of the meats were overcooked, dry and bland. The service was good and the atmosphere is nice but absolutely not worth the hype and price.

Great location. Went for our son's graduation night (made reservation months out) and once we arrived they informed us they were only serving a buffet (none of the menu appetizers, Entree or desserts were available). Very frustrating and $49 / per person. Management said they notified people but we knew three families at restaurant - and none of us received any notice.

Made reservation months ago for graduation on a Friday... the night before they sent us an email stating they switched the menu to buffet but did not give us a price. We called to ask and no one knew. It was too late to find a new reservations during such a busy graduation time. We found out after we got there it was $49 the buffet food was room temp and barely any flavor. The desserts were obviously frozen and came out of a box and not good. We spent about $300 incl tip for 4 of us to eat mediocre food and were completely unsatisfied and ended up ordering pizza later. I feel like we were taken advantage of because they did it last minute and over-charged for barely edible food.

I was excited to try something new and a little classy in Radford, and was excited to see OpenTable reservations available for our party of 8! Unfortunately they canceled my reservation 2 hours prior on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, indicating they were not going to open. If they are not reliably open when school is out and the town is quiet, I will unfortunately not get the opportunity to try this place out. To the staff: please make sure your reservation slots are indicative of seasonal hours more than 2 hours out.

New Menu looks amazing. We just had drinks sadly.

We've eaten here before and wanted to give them a second chance from the first disappointment. The first visit was when they had been open only a couple of weeks. Overpriced food came out subpar. This time we waited 45 minutes for our dinner. The appetizer was was very bland deviled eggs. Then the dinner not good at all. My girlfriends steak was overcooked. A medium rare steak takes 6 minutes not 45. My bass was a tiny unseasoned totally not worth 32 dollars. Don't waste your time or money eating here. They weren't even busy! To make matters worse they wanted to charge us for these meals we didn't even eat. Our service was good but that's it. We left hungry and dissatisfied.

I came here with my cousin who was visiting me from out of town. It was my first time and I was looking forward to trying it. My expectations were exceeded! The food was delicious and the vibe was cozy. It was a bit pricy for a graduate student like myself (we spent about $93 on the two of us before the tip), but I was aware of that going in and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back, hopefully in the spring time when I can sit outside and enjoy the views!

We had reservations at 7. We were seated right when we checked in. The atmosphere is great! The food was just okay. Our service was not great at all. We ordered an appetizer that never came. Our waitress never acknowledged that we didn’t receive the appetizer. We had to get her attention to get our drinks refilled. We were excited to try this restaurant. Sadly, we will not be returning.

Had to call three time to get through. Finally got through and could not make a reservation. Instructed to go online. Not hearing great things from others so far.

Terrible menu. Cold food.

Food was delicious. The sides are large enough to share. Steak was just slightly overcook and a little tough for a filet, but was seasoned well. The Hot Honey Chicken and Salmon were perfect. We were seated near the door to the outdoor dining area so the temperature was a little too cool. Overall a very nice first experience.

The new menu is great! We tried it all and every last bite was devoured! We had the salmon, oysters, Mac and cheese, smash burger, Brussel spouts, chocolate cake & loved it all! Plus the dining room & view is gorgeous! This was a family evening for the win! Try a cocktail too, you won’t be disappointed!

Great views and the service was also very good. The Mint To Be was a bit too sweet but thats just a preference. Overall beautiful place for drinks and dinner

Let me preface this review by saying our food was very good, but Bee and Butter has ALOT of kinks to work out. We made a reservation for outdoor seating and when we arrived, we were told there would be a 30 minute wait for outdoor seating past our reservation time, but no big deal there. We waited 10 minutes for our drink orders to be taken. We order 1 appetizer, 2 sides, and 2 entrees. When our food came to it the appetizer and sides came out the same time and we waited another 30 minutes for our entrees. I've never been anywhere where the sides come out before the entree. The portion sizes are not family style. The food is WAY overpriced for the portion sizes. Overall, we wouldn't return or recommend.
