The chicken Supreme's were extremely dry and a little on the small side. The flavor was ok, but I think they sat in the warmer way too long. The biscuits were really good, though.

Tell me how this chick just now handed me a drink and the lid was not even on it all the way to the point where the lid popped off and caused her hand to slip up and the entire large sweet tea came crashing into my car and into my lap. Here's the kicker, she didn't say sorry or ANYTHING. She just looked at me with a blank look. I had to even ask her if I could have a replacement and then she took entirely too long to go get that and still not a word out of her as she handed me that one. That's the worst service ever and she def shouldn't be dealing with customers.

The food came out late however they apologized and gave us complimentary items for our inconvenience. That service for the customer is magnificent!! I'll visit again.

Placed a online order that somehow went to wrong location, i received no help with that, or any assistance..only "were sorry we cant do anything" and then went on to something else like i wasnt even standing there. Definetly need someone else working the front that isnt lost and knows what they are doing. Macaroni was too watery, no where near as good as one in Dublin.

Pouring down rain and had to go inside to pick up order. Girl taking order at front looked and seemed so lost. I had been waiting at least 20 mins on my online order , when i went inside she had no clue and decided to go look on screen and says "oh i didnt realize their was a online order" . Once i get outside in vehicle and check bag, im missing things from my order. When u go back inside to get it, she still looks lost and says oh ok, thanks me for checking bag .
