Bad costumer service. Been in the last two times and kids running the place. New boy today seemed super aggravated. Even heard not so good language coming from him. This place seems to be going down hill fast. Icecream was good. That's why there is 1 star given!

Ice cream was super soft and melty, and the chocolates tasted freezer burned. Pretty gross, especially considering how expensive it is. Also their management is pretty bad, one manager in particular does not listen to customers at all and he gets orders wrong even after being told 3 times what one order is. Definitely won't be coming back.

My friend and I frequently go to the one in Christiansburg, we love that one. However, we went to this Radford one once a while back and the person who served us filled our cups no more than half full (if that) and didn't clean the scoops in between, so I had cotton candy mixed in with my salted caramel. I go there to pay $6 for a decent portion of delicious ice cream, not to pay $6 for four bites of mediocre ice cream. I submitted a complaint and never heard back, my friend called the store and was basically called a liar and dismissed rudely.
Ice cream was delicious. Maggie waited on us. Very friendly and enjoyed our visit.

Was super excited for coldstone. I came in at 8:45 over the summer when they close at 9. I understand wanting to close early but normal hours are till 11. You were already going to close early at 9. There is no reason to say I can only have plain ice cream with no add ons when you're open for another 15 minutes. Super disappointed.
