The young lady either wasn't happy to be working or it was just us. I've never been to Cook out so I wasn't at all familiar with the menu or food. She wasn't friendly, didn't help with my order. Her customer service was dry and she seemed annoyed with me not being fast.
However the gentleman who did help me after her was kind and gave me plenty of everything I asked for. Thank you for that. Because of him I felt my purchase was worth what I spent.

They had a new person on the front register so they was asking a lot of questions but all in all he did great. You could tell he was nervous but that's the name of the game when you start and you are new. He was polite and got the order right but the cooks didn't read ticket right cause some of the things I put on my burger wasn't there so I went and asked for them and they got it put in a bag and handed to me. Great place to eat

My issue is that the drive-through can be confusing, and it's never consistent on both sides. The guy taking my order kept going in and out. It took me over 12 min to get my order of 2 food trays with a sprite cuz he kept leaving as I was giving my order.
