I would only give a 1/2 star review. I ordered 2 hot dogs with just chili and onion and I get the 2 hot dogs loaded with mustard. I don't eat mustard. Why would I say put mustard on a hot dog?

My husband stopped at 3 pm and the food is terrible. French fries are cold. They put his chicken tenders in the bag first, then the fries while they waited on my burger. This Hardee's is so bad. Now in the morning for breakfast? They are great. No one should have to get cold food. We wait long enough for it. Everything should be fresh instead of cold fries and food. What happened to timers on stuff that is pre-made?

Ordered at the drive through. The cashier, Santana talked over me and got my order wrong several times and would not allow me to correct it without being interrupted
Every time I come here around dinnertime lately, something is wrong with my order when I get home, usually because they apparently have trouble checking what's supposed to be in it.
Ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickles, no onions? Get a burger with nothing (not even cheese) but meat, ketchup, and mustard.
Order a burger and a chicken sandwich? Get 2 chicken sandwiches.
Order a large fry and a small fry? Get 2 small fries.
Order one hamburger w/nothing but meat and bun, and one with everything including onions? Get 2 burgers w/ketchup & mustard and neither has onions.
And so on.
If i'm ordering through the mobile app, I should be able to expect that someone is actually reading my order and not just seeing 2 burgers, 2 fries, etc. and assuming everything is just duplicates and/or not customized or something.

Great food but they need to implement food safety standards. There is never any use of hair sets or face nets at this particular hardees. Other then that it's a good place.

The inside is absolutely disgusting, the food keeps getting worse everytime I come, today was the worst, I ordered the cinnomon roll and it was completely hard as a rock! Do not reccomend earing here! I will not be back!
