Just came by the store and ordered a turkey trot with tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, mustard, pickles and of course turkey. I got a mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, mustard and pickle sandwich.
Staff seemed to be a little distracted talking about psychology, WWII, and military ships being shot at.

This place is wonderful. It’s extremely clean and an amazing atmosphere. As soon as I walked in I was treated with a smile and a positive attitude. Definitely made me feel comfortable and welcomed into the establishment. I had some questions and concerns, they were able to respond in a quick and timely manner with a reassuring attitude.. 100% would be back again. I got my food extremely fast as well. Thank you very very much for everything! Wonderful staff and establishment

I've eaten 1000's of Jimmy John's sandwiches. Started at the original in Charleston IL back in 84. Knew the owner. This location in Radford constantly overcooks their bread. This time it was so hard that I could barely eat a few bites. Was like eating a brick. Called the store and the manager said she wasn't the one that baked the bread but that she wasn't going to throw it away, so I guess customers get to deal with it. Go to Blacksburg where they know how to bake the bread.
