Came here after being disappointed too many times with chipotle. It was worse. $15 for a basic chicken bowl with no premium add ons. Smallest portion sizes I’ve ever seen. Received probably 1/3 - 1/2 serving of chicken. 0 out of 10 value for money. Staff acted liked it was a bother to make my food. Not sure how they stay open with this quality.

The food was okay but the portion size was way too small for what you’re paying. $14 and I got a half scoop of chicken, beans, and the other stuff I wanted in there. I mentioned it to the cashier and she just laughed.

Visited for the first time. Found the staff to be short, rude, and unable to hear over earbuds. The manager, or whom appeared to be, was on an extra long break in the bathroom while the food was cold, put of stock, orders took over half hour with one customer ahead of us. Thoroughly disappointed.

Typical Moe’s burrito. Service was awful, guys behind the counter had no sense of urgency or professionalism.Asked DoorDasher to walk over to sauce counter and get sauce instead of doing it themselves.Extra long wait time with one other customer in the store, hope these guys learn better work ethic.

Fermeture annoncée à 21h, nous sommes arrivés à 20h20 et la moitié de la cuisine était déjà fermé, nous n’avons pas pu manger sur place non plus, nous avons du payer 15$ au lieu des 10$ marqué sur le menu car on nous a facturé des chips que l’on a pas commandé et qui sont censé être offerte par la maison, la nourriture n’est pas mauvaise en revanche.

? Horrifically filthy. There were no clean surfaces in the entire place. The salsa were left out uncovered, on a cart instead of under the sneeze guard, in the cooler where they're supposed to be. My shoes were sticking to the floor. This place is gross. If I hadn't already paid I would have gone somewhere else. ?

I got food poisoning from this Moe’s, currently on a chain of vomiting. Honestly would advise everyone to stay away from the adobo chicken at this time as I had it in a bowl.

Food was good. The salsa bar was good but there weren't any little cups to use and the employees didn't refill them until right before we left. Even thou we let them know right away. The place is okay but there are better places to go...

So everytime o go to this place the staff isn't very professional. However there was a woman that served me the other night along with a black young man. Their service was the reason I come to this page to give a review. It was great. Normally this place is terrible and that's sad because I live 2 blocks away and I love the food just not the people.Parking: Parking is easy to access.

I just want to say the food is great here but the service sucks. I ordered a $50 order online for the main reason that I wouldn’t have to wait. So I coul get there pick the order up and leave but they let someone steal our order. So we get there we have to wait 20 minutes for them to remake our order. So we aske since they let this happen if we could get so much off the order,a discount off our next order,or even maybe an extra item off the menu for the inconvenience but we were told all they could do was remake the food the it wasn’t nothing they could do. Just saying a place with good customer service would have offered a discount or at least an item off the menus for screwing up and letting some one steal our order and for our inconvenience. VERY CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
