Taking more than an hour to be served after ordering food . People before us recived there food , finished and left before we got our food. Food was undercooked and awful service . Waitress never came back after food was served

I went to muse today( November 27,2018) and it was absolutely terrible. The service was bad our waitress forgot our food and never came back to refill our drinks. At one point all the waitress/waiters decided to get food and what looks like a “break†and had only ONE waiter in room full of students waiting for food and drinks. Overall I don't think I would be attending muse again!
Ordered 2 plate dinner and 2 cup of water ....... Waited 35 minutes.... No water nor our dinners. I went by the front to ask what's going on. She said "oh I am so sorry we forgot". It was a slow day, so not sure how they can forget our order. Not to mention. After finally we got out food. The meat was unrecorded and they forgot the BBQ sauce. Loved it!
