Have to love a hometown cafe that gets the coffee and the biscuits done right! The location is small, friendly and old fashion. I had the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits ... great value at two for under $7. I had to break off a piece of the biscuit first to see what I was in for .. soft inside, good texture outside, butter flavor with a hint of salt. Yep .. this breakfast was not going to disappoint. I have to add that the bacon was thick and cooked perfectly as the fat was crispy and flavorful but not burnt. The coffee was strong and not bitter. The service was friendly and fast. You can tell the locals frequent this place from the conversations the staff has with the customers.

My friend and I stopped in around 9am after being in town for a doctor's appointment. Searching for something different and locally owned. Neither one of us wanted breakfast so the full menu was a hit! We had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich, and jalapeño burger. We both got the fried potatoes, which were so good! The chicken and burger both were exceptional, and they were full of flavor and juicy. Our server was absolutely wonderful, he was such a people person, full of personality. We most definitely will be back again soon. Go try Pazar!

incredible. i have tried at least 10 different items on the menu and they have all been amazing. The one guy really runs the whole show, he is so attentive and sociable. The restaurant is so cute, quite small but you can usually get a table quite quickly.

This place is family owned and operated. Local. The food was amazing! My fiancé had the breakfast burger which was amazing! I had chopped sirloin with peppers, onion, and mushroom. It was delicious! They have a food bank outside the building for people to get food when they can’t afford to buy it. We saw locals bring fresh food to the food bank as we set there and ate. This is our new favorite place to eat in the New River Valley! Prices are reasonable. They have limited hours that they are open but we make sure to get there when they are open!

My wife and I recently met moved to the area and just stumbled upon Pazar as we were out exploring. Wow, what an awesome restaurant! Our server was kind, friendly, and efficient. The food (pancakes, bacon, eggs and biscuits was amazing. I thanked the cook on the way out for the great meal. Turns out she was the owner. She was working so hard and was equally as kind and friendly as the waiter, which was her son. Truly a family owned small business that we will be sure to visit again soon.
