Place was very clean, cashier was so sweet to us! She clearly loves her job. Pulled in to go in and get our order and she brings it out to us.
Unfortunately inconsistent. Sometimes the pizza has plenty of cheese and sauce, sometimes the bread in the middle of the pizza is bare.
The girl that cashed me out was super well mannered and treated me like I was an actual human. She had brown hair and was wearing an athletic looking black jacket. Shoutout to her!! Food was also amazing the kids loved it!
Where do I start? Never have an ever left a bad review but something needs to be done. It’s rare that I can leave the store without an item missing. For example: missing dipping sauce that was PAID extra for. Once I went back inside store and told the lady, she looked at me in disbelief, as if I was a lair. The look on her face was pure disrespect and she stood still while staring at me before grabbing my sauce. Another example is missing breadsticks after waiting 30 minutes for a simple order, What I’m assuming was the manager told me he was sorry about the wait and said there would be $5 off on my next order. Which I never received on orders placed after this incident. I let it go & yet again the missing items are consistent. Not sure what employees that have working at this establishment & why it’s so unprofessional. Other missing items were Pepsi, the wrong pasta, cinnamon sticks dip; The list goes on. Literally. I can admit Pizza Hut has always had great food and giving the Area, there’s not much to choose from. Nevertheless, should anyone half to quit enjoying food that they love because of irresponsible, untrustworthy, and rude staff. Ive tried calling the store to address this before posting but no one ever answers and I even called cooperate. If this has happened to me countless times, I’m sure there’s more customers who are put in this predicament especially after prices have went up everywhere. Please Pizza Hut do better within this location.
I’ve actually tried to get pizza from this store a few times. The first 2 times I walked in on my way home from work to get pizzas for family dinner, and ironically they were changing out their register drawers both times. There was money laying all around the register. They left a couple of us customers standing there for several minutes waiting while they tried to figure out what they were doing. I felt awkward both times, and ended up walking out, and having Wendy’s for dinner. This last time I tried ordering online. The email confirmation was missing one of the pizzas, so I tried calling the store to get the order corrected. The first call went to the call center where a guy told me the store was closed, but he would connect me. I’m not sure why he said it was closed, but I sat on hold for 10 minutes waiting for someone at the store to answer the phone. I thought maybe there was confusion about which store the guy at the call center sent me to so I hung up, and tried the number again. This time a woman at the call center answered and said that the store was open so again transferred me to the store, and again waited another 10 minutes on hold to no avail. I tried one more time with the exact same result. I did go pick up the order, had to wait another 15 minutes for the pizza that didn’t come through on the order to be made, only to find out they ran out of the dough I wanted so they made it thin crust instead. What a nightmare! With the hassle, and the unbelievable cost of the order, I can’t see myself going back again. Little Caesars is just down the road, and I can get everything I ordered for about half the price there! Sorry Pizza Hut, maybe this is why you’re going extinct!?!
During a phone conversation with a female representative at the local Domino’s restaurant on January 1, 2025, I encountered a highly unprofessional and rude demeanor. The representative’s lack of apology for the incompetence displayed in handling my order was unacceptable.
The dough was undone making it inedible, and to cover for the undercooked dough they added extra cheese that we did not ask for.
After we get it home we discovered it, and the best they could offer us was one free large pizza code. I won’t be ordering pizza from here again and I would highly recommend other customers go elsewhere. Such a shame because Pizza Hut has always been a favorite.

Love Pizza Hut I feel like they make the best pizza and they always got a good deal going . the employees in Fairlawn Pizza Hut have great service and they're always pleasant.

People that are making pizza's like the blond girl with that hat do not WEAR gloves at all. And seen her many times walk outside and go straight to making pizza's other people noticed that as well.

You do realize, within walking distance, Sal's Jr has probably the best pizza in SW Virginia. Blows my mind people are buying pizza here, with quality pizza across the road. ? CRAZY!

ordered dinner box both were supposed to be pan and light sauce. i got a pan and a hand tossed with absolutely NO SAUCE🙄. very disappointed!
Would give a 0 star if possible I had to get a refund the last 3 times I ordered after 2 hours might as well close the store worst service around please don't order here worsted pizza place ever after almost 2 hour wait time pizza was cold no seasoning on
