On Friday December 19 I ordered the $19.99 special it ended up costing me $30 plus tip but that's not what I'm upset about. The Pizza Hut pizza had hair, long pieces of hair, baked into it and when I called to complain and ask them to remake it the young, very young, manager said that he could not remake the pizza. he could issue a refund. well that's fine if he wants to issue the refund. but what? what about my dang pizza. I'm still hungry. Today on the 20th I did a walk through the store. secretly. Just 2 hours after opening and the store was filthy. Observed people wiping their noses and still making pizza without washing their hands. No gloves.🤢 Behind the counter area was filthy. unsanitary. I'll never order from this place again and trust me people I've been around food service for quite a while and when I say it's nasty, it's nasty 🤢

Thought it sounded like a deal but the food was not good. It was fresh but the fiid itself wasn't good. I ordered cheese in bread sticks, if course, no cheese after I got home I realized this. Pan pizza was always a big favorite but something has changed and it wasn't for the better. New and improved definitely wasn't the case for the wonderful pan pizza hut that I remember. Very little meat on meat lover's, so much sauce, just wasn't good. Hopefully it was just one off day, but my experience won't have me going back for more.

Edit... still no refund, still no answer, still nothing from corporate. Lousy business, poorly run. Obviously corporate doesnt care either. Ordered 60 worth of pizza, wings and breadsticks. On 09/12/2025 placed order at 5:15 didn't receive order until 6:40 pm. Both pizzas had thin crust and I ordered hand tossed. The pizza was old, tough and overdone. The wings barely had any sauce. I called to see where the order was after an hour and no one answered the phone. I then received a text that the pizza was being delivered by door dash, and had been picked up and was on the way at 5:55, but it didn't arrive until 6:40. I tried to call again to let them know about the incorrect order but no answer. When I called one more time was told I had reached a call center and they would get a message to the store manager to call me. I never received a call. Total waste of time and money. Never again...
Update called and spoke with shift leader Josh, he was very nice and apologized. Assured me that all I had to do was call and he would make sure our order was remade at no charge. He said any day was fine. Have tried calling multiple times and no one answers. Or if someone picks up it sounds like the phone is just put on the counter. No one says anything. I did reach a call center several times and they just say I'll transfer you.. back to the store that won't pick up. The worst.

I literally left with my order came home and open the box and both pizza looked burned. Both pizzas were very hard to bite into. I get they were rushed with A lot of orders. Even our breadsticks was over cooked. I don’t think I’ll be back we have pics to prove.. it was like we have to eat cheese, sauce, on toast instead of pizza.

There was an issue with the customization of our pizza on the site that honestly made it tough to make. (Be careful to review your toppings and sauce selections, I’m not sure who would ask for extra barbecue sauce on a pizza, but it definitely wasn’t my intention). The shift leader, Connor, was very kind and helpful to explain what had happened and to rectify the situation. It was the kind of customer service that makes you more likely to give someone more of your business than if everything had gone perfectly from the start. Thank you!

They seem to have frequent staffing issues which impacts their quality. Overall, their food is good when done right.
The pizza I just got there was terrible the man working had no help and they was out of everything pizza was so salty hardly had any sauce on it took over an hour to get pizza after I got had to wait another thirty minutes will never eat there again second time in three months no more

Infuriating. Made an order for the first time since they finally fixed their app. Doordasher drops off food but Im missing one of the pizzas. I call the store and go through the hold process and when I get a person, I politely ask if the pizza I ordered was still at the store as it seems to have been forgotten. Instead of answering like a person they wordlessly put me back in the hold queue for the next 10 minutes--I have to assume they just didnt want to deal with it especially after seeing the other reviews. Since I cant seem to get anyone on the phone to process my refund, they can enjoy another 1 star review. Dont waste your money.
