The dough was undone making it inedible, and to cover for the undercooked dough they added extra cheese that we did not ask for. After we get it home we discovered it, and the best they could offer us was one free large pizza code. I won’t be ordering pizza from here again and I would highly recommend other customers go elsewhere. Such a shame because Pizza Hut has always been a favorite.

You do realize, within walking distance, Sal's Jr has probably the best pizza in SW Virginia. Blows my mind people are buying pizza here, with quality pizza across the road. ? CRAZY!

Considering it's a carryout only location, I feel it's unfair to rate the "atmosphere". Besides that, pretty consistent quality of service and the food every time I've gone, save for maybe one extremely busy late night. Been my favorite pizza company since I was a kid for similar reasons.

Pizzas are doughy in the center, cheese not fully cooked, and missing ingredients.Advertisements show these richly filled pizzas, overflowing with gooey deliciousness. Yeah right.Use to be a pizza hut guy. The other guys are getting my business.

The restaurant left a 3" band of dough with no sauce nor fixings on the outside edge of the pizza.
Parking: As a handicap customer, there 4-5 steps to get up to the restaurant door. so I have to park on the side of the building. There is a narrow sidewalk up to the door with not enough space for my walker nor scooter.
