The Works Pizza is incredible. The staff at Sal's is very nice, the environment is very quiet and low key, and the food is great. There are so many great choices; we'll be coming back to try more.

Called in an order for two sandwiches. The gentleman on the phone said 20 minutes. When I got here 25 minutes later to pick it up there was no record of it. The girl checked to make sure I didn't call the wrong location. When I said a gentleman took my order she seemed to believe he never even put it in. They offered zero discount.So disappointing

Anytime we are in the Radford area for a basketball tournament, we try to have our dinner here. Reasons to stop by Atmosphere ✔️Service ✔️Food check ✔️Drinks refilled promptly ✔️Order was Accurate check ✔️Prices are fair ✔️Party room ✔️They always try their best to get us in and fed quickly. Not as good as I remembered it to be. I was always a cheesesteak fan, but its a far cry from the deliciousness it used to be. The last 2 times i ate there it was on the burned side very dry and make wrong and the service, everyone at my table had empty drinks, 3/4 of their food left and no server in site. Lots of to go boxes were given.
Not just adequate pizza joint food. This was solid Italian restaurant fare. My son loved the veal parm and my wife couldn't get over the blackened chicken on her Caesar salad. I had the eggplant parm. I would absolutely go back.
