We were seated as soon as we went in, the waitress waited on us soon after. The waitress was very outgoing, received our meal in a timely manner. Looking forward to our next visit.

Not a chain! This is the best Sharkey’s I’ve been to in terms of food, service, and beer list. While it may not be on the Manhattan Beach pier or a random strip mall - and instead is nestled in the Radford university adjacent area, after some beers and a delicious bison burger, I left thoroughly satisfied.
The restaurant itself is huge - in a past life it was a furniture store. You could easily play a game of football on the first floor. They also run tons of specials— like on Mondays all burgers are buy one get one free. It’s also packed- with locals and students having a great time. Lots of tvs and great service. What’s not to love?
