This is the slowest place I have ever been just to get a cherry limeade took 5 minutes to get an order placed and another 9 minutes to get the drink.

It took 20 minutes just to have someone take our order. Once it was ordered though, the service was quick and the server was very nice .

we went to get a mini blast and a red bull drink. we did a mobile order so it was supposed to be done at 7:54 pm. we arrived at 7:53 and sat until we finally got our food at 8:24 pm. when we got our order the ice cream was half way melted as it has just been sitting or something. very disappointed

The food was disappointing. I ordered pickup with premium nuggets and groovy fries. The nuggets were so dry, I would swear they were a day old and over warmed in the microwave. The fries were old, lukewarm, and quickly cold. Unfortunately, since it was pick-up and I was visiting someone in care, I couldn't take it right back.

I never go to sonic but tried to. Went there after 9am (9:20) for breakfast on a Saturday. They couldn’t serve food because they were cleaning their fryer during business hours. I did ask if they were serving ANY food and they said no.

Terrible location. Dangerous entering and leaving the restaurant. Damaged my front bumper leaving last week and nearly was T boned because you can't see past the bushes at the front of the business. The milkshakes were pretty good. And a lot of the spaces are out of order. Paid $20 for 3 milkshakes. Very over priced. But the server was nice and appearance was clean and tidy.

Food and employees are usually acceptable. Today I came here for lunch and paid with cash. The young lady who brought out my order shorted me on change. It was 1:30ishpm.
After she handed me my change she disappeared. I didn’t feel like getting out the car for it. She will get her karma. She handed me my food, then change, and when i counted my change i noticed it was short and i looked up she was gone.
Be careful if you pay cash here. I wouldn’t even go here to be honest if my family didn’t like it. I don’t even order anything at sonic’s because it’s usually greasy. All other times I been here it has been fine though.

Sat at window #6 for almost 10 minuts with no one answering it to take my order. There was a max of 3 cars to be waited on. Including myself. My wife and I left. This is poor business. How would anyone expect this place to stay open with these caliber of employees. Pitiful.

Consistently poor service. I most recently waited 10 minutes for a singular fountain drink (there was only one other customer present besides me); employee with glasses and a mustache finally brings my order out and doesn’t say a single word to me or even make eye contact with me, despite me being very polite to him (perhaps he should search for other, non-customer-service employment if he dislikes it so much). Soda was primarily carbonated water, presumably because the bib had not been replaced. Would not recommend coming here unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience for requesting the bare minimum.
