Everything was excellent here and the customer service was the best… Food and beverage was made quickly, well at least made better and faster then a FAST Food restaurant 💙

Frequently makes drinks wrong, then will tell you it’s correct instead of fixing their error.
It's on campus in one of the academic buildings. But great staff.

Ordered online went through the drive through Rachel was very rude. I Ordered cold foam on both my drinks I didn't receive it when I asked if they could receive my cold foam I ordered they then said I had to pay for cold foam!!!! Rachel had a very bad attitude they told me to pull around and then they would bring it out. They never did it say on the side my wife had to go in and get it. I am very disappointed bc I come here very often

I ordered a dragon drink, ya know a simple drink. I paid, my drink comes and it’s white? I ask is this a dragon drink? “Yes, it is just doesn't have the fruit pieces.” I order a pink drink instead and pay for that. The fruit pieces in a dragon drink is what I love most about it. It’s not hard to tell a customer you don’t have something… Smh.. ?

The only reason I’m even putting three stars is for one barista because when she is there all I get is the best service and all my extra caramel and extra crunch is always in my frappe. However, if she is not there, there are not a lot of times they will get my order correctly, I do pay for extra toppings and yet never get them. I never leave reviews but maybe they’ll start putting more of what we’re paying for in our drinks. I understand it’s busy at lunch but I am paying extra and lately. I’ve been paying extra and not getting what I want. I don’t have time to have it remade. I am on a time limit. I just hope the girl with the glasses who is tiny comes back so I can get my order right this week. but at least they’re friendly.

Woman drank my drink, then got mad with the man serving us, he proceeds to remake my drink, and as im off skating i drank spit, this is a college campus so unsanitary
They have bugs climbing out of the expreso machine. The manager is rude and was crying about how unfair her job was. No a good place to go. Should be shut down and fail the health inspection
I forgot my mask so I had my shirt pulled up above my nose, was told I could not be served only to look over and see an employee completely maskless...
