Went for the first time and last time had a chicken chalupa, bread was oil soaked…restaurant itself was filthy….price was way to high…over $15.00 per head….not worth it

I was so excited to get taco bell tonight because its always been a go too fast food option on my way to work. Unfortunately i opened my taco wrapper to see a half full taco. I typically see the cup half full but when it comes to my tacos its a whole other story. Very sad experience. Although the workers were still nice when we ordered and i had a pleasant experience. I just was so very sad because my taco was halfway made :(( very disappointed. I drove to work not only on an empty stomach but also depressed. Rip taco bell. What has this world come to where we dont fill tacos to the right proportions. Sincerely, a sad hungry frequent visiting customer

This is one of the TOP 2 Taco Bells we have ever been to, and that's quite a list!! The Food was HOT-FRESH-FAST-PERFECT!! Just how we like it. This store is staffed by an awesome crew of people who are not only great at their jobs, but it seems to me like they have a really great time doing them as well. You can't have a good location without good people, and they have certainly knocked it out of the park here!! My wife and I were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked in!! Everyone looked happy and there was a overall general positive feeling about the place, kind of like the comfort of being among friends. I would strongly advise everyone who loves Taco Bell, and anyone who just might be hungry at the time, to give this store a shot.

This place needs to close. These positive reviews have to be employees or management.

This place is NEVER open as advertised, often completely closed, open late, or closed early.

When it is open, it is massively understaffed, OR, the few staff that are present do not care about what they’re doing.

Drive through times of 10-15 minutes (minimum) to be given the wrong order, can’t get anyone’s attention as they slam the drive through window closed, finally get someone back to the window and explained the order was wrong, takes the wrong order (back through the window, pretty sure given to another customer) and doesn’t say anything.

Another 5-10 minutes pass, nothing. Pull around and walk in, order is sitting on the counter in the kitchen. Worker sees me and brings me the order. It’s wrong.

Never coming back here.

Me and my family ate here Saturday a lady sandy blonde hair was eating a toco behind the window cash register. And she was fixing food for the public at the same time without washing her hands. I am pretty sure that was a health department violation.

My office has recently moved to a new building and now when I order from you, I have to order through a delivery service because you’re too far away. For some reason, it seemed to always take twice as long as it should to get my order and I found out today via my DoorDash driver and your employee whenever I called that you don’t consider people getting their order via a delivery service as a customer that deserves to be able to get their order in a timely manner. You will literally skip their order in order to service everyone else who comes in. Why would such a policy exist? Is my money not Justice valuable is anyone else. I don’t understand why even once the person gets there to pick it up you would continue to not make that order. It’s a policy that needs to change because more and more people are having to go to delivery services and they’re going to skip Places to have this policy in favor of businesses who understand that delivery is often times 20% or more of their overall business, and they hold a valuable place in the longevity and profitability of the aforementioned business.
