My fries were soggy, cold, and not fresh. The burger was not warm. When I asked for a refund "manager," Tellie said to me "Wendys do not give refunds, it's a new policy." I told her to call her manager so I could complain about this. She ACTED as if she wason hold, then talking to someone. She preceded to tell me that "her manager" said I could email her with my complaint. My COMPLAINT is do not take people's money when KNOWING the food is NASTY! SHAME ON YOU WENDYS in Radford VA (Peppers Ferry Blvd)!!

Arrived at 9 pm the guy in front of us wanted fresh fries and fresh nuggets we got two five-dollar bags they pulled him forward but gave us the old crap they had I called and spoke to the lady manager and she had a very major attitude and the other guys out front smoking weed was eyeballing and talking crap as I drive away very unprofessional she gave me $11 and slammed the window in my face somebody needs to be reprimanded

Giving 1 star for this location is very generous. However if you ever get your food the food is always good but the customer service is less than poor. Employees are rude and the service is exceptionally slow. Ordering on the app slows down the process even more. Have given this location several tries thinking it will get better but only gets worse. This place needs to be closed if they can't operate any better than what they are doing!

Went through the drive through around 9PM and got my food just to realize none of it was fresh and my nuggets were overcooked. My boyfriend’s baconator fries barely had cheese on them and didn’t have cut up bacon it just has two slices of bacon on it. There’s really no excuse because they weren’t even busy and I gave them all the time they needed. We have gave them many chances and the food is always bad. Will not be returning any time soon.

Went through the drive thru to order a 10 piece REGULAR nugget. waited 15 mins got home and started eating, they hid 5 spicy nuggets at the bottom. what did i wait for?

They were advertising their breakfast so drove through one morning on my way to work. I observed an employee smoking marijuana at the back door as I approached the drive through lane. Ordered the French toast sticks. Took a long time to get them and they were fairly raw inside. Won’t be back anytime soon.
Some days it's okay, others you still get the grill paper with ur burger.

I feel like Wendy’s atmospheres are all similar with small nuances of difference. My family typically accesses this location together before kids’ sports for breakfast but I have swung through alone a few times for a biscuit or other breakfast item. The food is always hot. Sometimes your order takes longer than others. Sometimes the variety soda machines are down to one and don’t have all of the flavors or products. Some of the current staff were rude starting last fall 2023 but have been consistently kind or ambivalent since. They are often busy, in a rush, or overwhelmed even though you may be the only people/person in the lobby (their overhead kiosk shows waiting orders and I’ve taken notice to DoorDash orders and the like). The lobby is always clean and has comfortable seating and it’s a newer building/layout. Due to the consistency of food always being accurate and always being hot, this is a solid 4 location.

Went through drive thru and dude REFUSED to let ME order I didn't get the sandwich out let alone the word plain I get what to drink what to drink what kind of Frosty what kind of Frosty? FIRST OF ALL THERE IS EXACTLY ONE FROSTY everything else is ICE CREAM! And if you just let ME order what I want maybe you should be worried about putting everything in the bag so I get EVERYTHING I ordered and even more worried about throwing the ice cream in the trash! PROBLEM SOLVED!
