I honestly have had several problems with this location. They are constantly getting my order wrong. I always ask for NO LETTUCE, and they've only fixed correctly 1 out of about 7 visits. They stand around talking instead of coming over to acknowledge you or to give you some service. Ive spoken to the manager a few times, but I swear, it's something different every time I go. ?♀️

Great cashier, food didn't take incredibly long. Soda machine has seen better days but someone else was complaining about the lack of condiments and I didn't feel like making it worse. We both got pretzel buns and they were pretty tough (think leather jacket and tattoos). Fries were decent. Seemed like the lobby could use some love. Just a "needs improvement" kinda day.

Ordered 2 large Biggie bags and a large Chili at 11:07 pm. Store closes at 12 am. After 2 trips by the dasher to Wendy's finally got food at 12:15 am. Only got 1 doublestack, 1 fry and 2 Cokes (asked for 1 Sprite and 1 Coke- couldn't even get that right!) $31!!! Absolutely terrible Wendy's here in Radford. Dasher Jon was awesome though!
My dad (Santa) and I enjoyed a nice little lunch today! The service was excellent, food was VERY fresh and this Wendy's didn't try to steal our debit card info. The entire restaurant was also clean and we could have asked for more!

My wife and I are new to the area, and we love Wendy's. We would have it on the regular, sometimes multiple times a week.Here's the problem: this is a really bad Wendy's. I won't say it's the worst one, but I can't recall a worse one in my memory. We have eaten here 4 times (like I said, we love Wendy's), and they have gotten our order correct once. We use the app, so I know they have all of the correct information. One of those 4 times was technically twice on the same day (I accidentally reordered food that was waiting at the counter for me), and the second time through it was wrong. There wasn't a shift change. There were no changes to the order. So, there has been a failure in checking the orders during preparation.It is a newly renovated facility, within the last 5 years, by my measure. But a sleek building does not a good restaurant make. Minus 1 star for the dead eyes of the employees as a blemish on the atmosphere.

Waited 5 minutes for someone to take our order from the drive thru. No reason for this. I think they do this so they don't have to take as many orders as they should be taking. Will not be coming back to this location. Gave us our food then didn't take payment until we said we haven't paid. Then had to wait for receipt ?

I feel like tgis place has had a turn over or something their crew used to be spot of but recently they've been slow and unreliable if you're trying to grab something to eat real quick. Plus one of the cashiers told me that my dog looked mean. ?♀️?♀️

We love Wendy’s, and we are hoping that when we order a hamburger for our sons with “just ketchup” that there will be NO cheese and or mayo. Often, when we create this order, it comes with cheese and mayo, even though we ask specifically for “just ketchup” and “no cheese,” and we’ve even had the teller say, “Yes, that’s what it comes with.”Please hear us when we say “NO cheese.” Hamburger— not cheeseburger. Please.Thank you for being a favorite for our kids for a hamburger.
