We were staying in a nearby hotel. Dining choices in Raphine are limited, so we tried this place and took the meal back to our hotel. The buttered chicken was excellent - well-seasoned and fresh tasting. It's not much to look at, but the food is good.
Came across Murthal Dhaba Food Truck while searching for Indian food on our drive from Virginia to DC, and we’re so glad we stopped here! We tried the samosa, tea, goat curry with tawa roti, mix veg paratha, and chicken biryani, and everything was good overall. We stopped here on our way home for dinner after a very long drive. The food here is amazing and tastes very homely. We got curry chicken, daal and palak paneer. Daal was okay, just like any other homemade daal. Chicken curry was good and palak paneer was great. We also got an omelet for my daughter and she loved it. The service was a little slow, but it was all worth it. If you're looking for some comfort homemade indian food, give this place a try.
