It’s been a while since I ordered at Popeyes but I was in the mood for a hot meal. This Popeyes location does not carry breakfast so I ordered 2 classic chicken thighs and a large side of rice and beans. As another review has mentioned sauces here are an extra charge EXCEPT Popeyes sauce which is free. PROS: The service was better than at other Popeyes locations which are usually poor elsewhere. While service leaves much to be desired and atmosphere is quite basic and a little dirty, the food is too notch. Our chicken was freshly made. It was incredibly crispy and piping hot! The crunch was outstanding as well, and flavor was on point.
The size of the Chicken fillets have decreased significantly in the last few months. It used to stick outside the buns and it no longer does. The chicken was also stringy today. A bit disappointing overall
