Used to be my favorite place until today. It's a crowded Saturday, and I joined the waitlist and the host told me it was a 20-25 minute wait. 45 minutes later, I was the 11th in the queue. During my 45 minute wait, there were at best 5-6 groups got seated. This host wasted my family time. I could be at other places and have dinner. I wonder where she got the audacity to tell me it was a 25 minute wait.

You ever go to restaurant where the food is good but you actually go back because the service is so amazing ? My favorite is the manager that greats us every time, and makes sure our dinning experience is top notch. Def try the duck taco!!!

Love this spot for happy hour! The drinks and small bites always hit. Chicken flautas are my favorite, perfectly crispy with super flavorful chicken. Tuna tartare is solid too. Pineapple margarita is great, but the coconut mojito is the real star. Definitely a fun, relaxed place to unwind with friends afterwork.

It's a new type of restaurant and bar. The drinks were overpriced and watered down. The tacos were good even if they were more tapas than tacos. At least the guac was handmade.

Everything was great! The food (I ordered tacos) was really good and fresh, the tables were clean. Grant, the server was great! Totally recommend! We will be coming back soon for sure
I recently visited Bartaco in Reston Town Center with a coworker for happy hour, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Everything was fine at first, but issues began when we asked for sour cream with our tacos. My taco arrived quickly, but it took multiple requests and nearly 10 minutes for the sour cream to come. The bartender didn’t apologize or acknowledge the delay, and her attitude was quite unprofessional.
When it was time to close out, we asked to split the tab. Instead of splitting it, the bartender closed my card for the entire amount without confirming how I wanted to handle it. I specifically asked her if the charge had already gone through, and she told me no, even though I knew it had. This led to her taking both of our cards and double charging my card, resulting in nearly $70 in extra charges.
When I contacted the manager, he was unhelpful and told me I’d have to resolve the issue with my bank. As someone with over a decade of bartending experience, I’m usually very generous with tips, but this service was unacceptable.

Loved the size of their tacos, no wastage of food and allows you try variations. Their large guacamole and chips didn't look like large. Portions are small. Service and vibe was great. We sat there for awhile chatting and they didn't push us to leave the place. Definitely a place to go back for me.
