Consistent quality comparable to higher end sit down restaurants. Cheaper and better tasting than grocery store sushi.

Food was great and not super expensive. Will definitely come back.

Ordered Ramen. It was one of worst Ramen I ever had in my life. On every aspect, it was far below acceptable.

Bento House is one of our favorite fast casual neighborhood restaurants. Tasty food, easy parking, and great service every time we visit. Luis took great care of us tonight! We’ve frequented both the Reston and Chantilly locations for years.

Good area. Establishment looks nice. 3 meals were purchased but only 1 of each sauce was provided extra sauce was requested but not provided. Customer service needs improvement. Sushi rolls are tasty. Rice dishes and noodle dishes are decent. Miso soup is not tasty.

I arrive at the place with good expectations, I ask the cashier about the knots and the cook from inside responds with a terrible attitude that the knots are made of flour, we all know that the knots are made of flour but there are different knots
And asking for something that I will consume and that I will pay for consuming it is not something out of this world, although we know there are rice knots, egg knots, kale knots, delicious food, and terrible service from the cook.

This is great stuff and I love it every time. I think they improved on the tempura since I was last there.

What a let down. I've been driving past this place for years and finally decided to stop in. What an absolute let down. I got the chicken teriyaki deluxe with noodles. Dry dry dry. The chicken had barely a hint of teriyaki sauce on it. The noodles were not only over cooked to the point that they were almost impossible to pick up with chopsticks since they'd just turn to mush. Also, why were the noodles so short? It was like they were chopped into 2" sections. The 4 tiny pieces of California roll weren't terrible, but for having sushi on the menu as well, I expected something better than what I can get across the street at Harris Teeter. There was no dressing to go with the "salad", which consisted of some iceberg lettuce with shredded carrots on top. I will say though, the spring roll was pretty good.

Wow. Generous portions, affordable, bento box was still piping hot, and all very tasty. Bento house knocked it out of the park, definitely ordering again. These guys know what’s up.I had already started munchin before I took the photo, there’s even more than what you see here!
