Excellent spot to grab some food when in a rush. Their customer service is rapid, prices are convenient, good vibes. Keep up the good work
This is by far the most mediocre Thai food in Reston. Big Bowl does not offer most traditional Thai dishes, and what we ordered (Pad Thai, Curry) was extremely greasy and tasted very bland.
Always a good spot to grab asian inspired dishes. Service is usually good too. I come here a lot because it is a very reliable place to get tasty food.
We have been going to Big Bowl for almost 10 years. Recently, they redid their menu and added quite a few vegetarian and delicious options. Although the menu might seem more expensive for the area on first glance, I'd thoroughly recommend the stir-fry bar. Typically, the portion is two full meals, which makes it quite a deal!
Love the cashew chicken, with the perfect amount of spice. Yummy. I didn't even have to use the hot sauce. Thank you to the chef. I usually cannot finish the whole meal but guess what not a single bit was left out. Cheers to Big Bowl.
Great food, super nice staff members, constantly excellent character. They charge fair pricing and the food quality is very good. Fantastic work.
Blood Orange Martini more like a Grapefruit Martini. Asked for jasmine rice got brown rice. And the panag curry had little flavor.
Would surely recommend trying this place. Fantastic ambience, flavorful dishes, awesome service. I recommend this place.
Excellent veg potstickers even though I am not vegetarian. Cashew chicken is perfect with proper spice level.
Good food and customer service ( but last time they billed me twice and denied though but my credit company resolved issue)

Great food and fun will be back
Food is sumptuous. Take your own pick of veggies and meat to add make your bowl. Hand it to the chef and he will prepare your bowl served with noodles or rice. Preset options too are delicious. They have a wide choice among Chinese and Thai entrees. It is a large restaurant with many tables arranged tightly. It can be very busy, noisy and cluttered, but surely worth every bit. You will want more of their food. Servers are friendly and attentive even if the restaurant is packed. Hats off to them and the chefs for making customers happy.
We came here with a group since our first choice at RTC was closed. The food was a bit oversalted and two of us had to have a new order placed. Our other friend wanted to swap her meal but didn't to appear to make a fuss. The options weren't clearly explained. They have a bowl bar where you can make your own customized fresh bowl. This would have been perfect for us due to dietary needs (low salt) and preferences. We were not asked whether this was our first time here so we had no idea that was available.
I really liked the food here. Someone recommended this place to me and I really liked it so here I am spreading the word.
I don't know how this place has got so many good reviews. The other day i was there for lunch with family, we ordered soup and appetizer and an Entree. Soup was cold like anything had to ask them to heat it up, was okay with asking that but the Main entree was too much salty. The waitress doesn't even bother to check with us on how the food was. She just took the order and went to some other table where there was a big crowd. Fortunately i had a chance to meet the manager and explained him about my experience and to my surprise he didn't do anything other than saying "Sorry". Come on manager grow up. I am sure i am not going there again any time in future.
