The dumplings are fine. Not amazing but not bad. It's just nice to be able to grab some at a moment's notice. They're pretty pricey.

Everything is basically frozen, re-steamed items that they also sell frozen in the chest freezers. They appear to only have one very overworked teenager there (who's been very polite and I can't really complain about her service). The reheating instructions need some tweaking because sometimes I get cold dumplings, and I'm eating these things immediately after getting themVegetarian options: It's a Chinese place, so they have some vegetarian optionsParking: Maybe 150-200 parking spots in the lot, plus street parking all along North Shore Drive

I have gone to Big Wonton 3 times in the last month during stated open business hours and they have been closed every time. Just left there now and they are supposed to be open but they are closed yet again. I can’t rate the food because I have never been able to purchase any. I won’t be going back.

Awful. Poor quality, obviously cutting corners. Understaffed with a single teenager struggling to keep up at lunch on a Saturday. Don’t waste your money.

Overpriced, small portions, lacking strong bold authentic flavor, limited dimsum menu. Almost $10 for four pieces of hargow or siumai is really steep but I figured for that price point they must be really big or really good! Man was I wrong.. my hargow somehow tasted burnt and the shrimp tasted dirty. xiumai and hargow were tiny and served with what tasted like kbbq sauce but had a jello like consistency? I can't even explain what it was but it certainly wasn't soy sauce, vinegar, or anything else I've eaten in my 31 years of being Chinese. My three cup chicken was another tiny portion for the price and had more oil in the container than rice but it did have a more authentic taste I really enjoyed.

Horrible value, 4 soup dumplings for 9.5??? Flavors/quality are not worth that price. Would not mind paying if they tasted better. Sweet sauce on siu mai, very inauthentic. Soup dumplings should come with black vinegar and ginger and should offer more for the price of 9.5.

Stopped in for a snack and realized they had frozen prepared meals to go. Picked up three meals, and we ate them with rice and vegetables at home. Quick prep, delicious food. One meal can be stretched depending on appetite. Deal if you buy 3 or 5. Small place. Counter service.

As other reviews have mentioned, this place is way too expensive for what it is. The food you are being served comes straight from the freezers they have up front and they heat it up after you order. It’s not like they’re trying to hide it either, you literally see them walk up to the freezers and take your order out of there and heat it up for you.I really didn’t want to give this place a negative review as the food was actually pretty tasty and the owners were very nice. However when you are charging $10 for 2 frozen bao buns or 5 dumplings or even worse, $15 for another a frozen rice bowl, it’s very difficult to recommend this place.Go to any international market and you can get a bulk pack of frozen buns and dumplings for what you pay here.

Chairman's pork.$12 for 1, $33 for 3, $50 for 5. This applies to many options in this category. easy for lunch each day of the week.Wheelchair accessibility: there is a nice ramp not too far

We picked up a variety of items and were amazed at the quality. It was clear that the dumplings and veggie spring rolls were carefully crafted by handed. I don’t remember what I pod but it was worth every penny! We will definitely be back.

Got a large selection of dumplings and buns to take home and cook. We were all very happy with it! It was a fun way to introduce our son to this type of cuisine as we cooked it at home. We will definitely be back!

Quite pricy but the soup dumplings and crystal shrimp dumplings were worth it. Convenient location for the fall farmer's market

My wife and I ordered takeout from Big Wonton this weekend and absolutely loved it! The soup dumplings and cha siu bao were absolutely delicious. Not to mention the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back for more and stocking our freezer with their huge selection of frozen dishes.

Definitely need to go back. I had the pork dumplings and they were so soft and delicious. Also the service was nice and fast. There was so much to pick from so gonna need to go a few times to try it all.
