The seasonal pumpkin bagel was good, but a bit pricey. $8+ for bagel with cream cheese seems like too much. The staff also seemed uninterested or bothered.

The service was quite slow, but I did get to try the viral pumpkin bagel with egg and cheese. Very good!

pumpkin shaped bagel with pumpkin cream cheese was surprisingly good, so i decided to also grab a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese and for nearly $5 it was one of the worst things i've ever tried. dense and hard and not good at all. i took one bite and it went into the garbage. blegh.

Drove 30+ minutes from Arlington and ordered ahead before we left just to get there and have the bagels be sold out even though it let us order them online and pay. They clearly aren’t prepared for the level of business they’ve been getting since going viral and they need to change their website and customer service to handle the new wave of customers

2 star review is for the online order option. Placed an online order. Arrived to pick up on my to find out that it was sold out. No way for refund choice was the availability bagel or return the next day

The bagels are average but this place is a mess--they let us order a smoothie and a plain bagel. But then they came out to tell us later that they have no fruit so no smoothie, and then again that they are out of plain bagels. They got the order for the smear wrong.

I would rather support small business but this quality makes it tough. At least at Einsteins I pretty much know what I'm going to get.

I love Bobby’s! There bagels are simple but delicious. And they maintain a fair price point despite the high quality. I often take bagels home rather than eating in simply because there are few available seats and it feels like a grab-and-go type situation. I did get to try their viral pumpkin bagel. They didn’t have the pumpkin cream cheese but it was still delicious!

The bagels were very good but the customer service was unprofessional. I had preordered 3 bagels and came in at around 1:45pm for pick up. When I arrived I was given just 1 bagel under a person with a similar name. When I told them it was not my order and that I bought more their response was “ That’s all there was for orders under your name” and “I can’t do anything about that” when I clearly had a receipt with a purchase made 2 days in advance. It wasn’t until I advocated for my order that they made an effort to correct it and finally gave me the 3 bagels I paid for which had a receipt with my name stapled on the bag. I usually wouldn’t complain but saying you couldn’t help me when I had proof of purchase was disheartening to witness as a customer and gave me the impression that they wanted to keep the “extra” bagels since the store was closing soon.

Drove over an hour to try the pumpkin bagels and boy were they a disappointment, they were very bland, I knew they were plain bagels but they had no salt or anything, some of the other bagels we got to try were not great either they were crispy on top but doughy and soggy on the bottom.

Now as for the service, we ordered the bagels in advance as they suggested and drove out to pick them up. We had our order scheduled for 1, came a bit late (due to traffic) and I was expecting our order sitting around waiting for us. NOPE, they hadn’t even made our order or even knew about it til I showed them I placed the order. On top of that we had to wait a good five minutes before someone came out the back to help us and you could just tell they didn’t want to be working there.

Yeah the pumpkin bagels are fun and festive but if you can get them elsewhere do so and avoid this place, not worth it whatsoever.

Got excited the first time I went here, I have a gluten allergy and had a wonderful experience!

The last two times I went I left hungry and disappointed. Last time I went they were out of gluten free bagels. This morning I returned thinking it was a one off thing, and there were bugs on the walls and it took the staff over ten minutes to come to the register to take my order (it was not crowded at all) for them to tell me they were out of gluten free bagels again.

I’ll never bash somewhere for not having gluten free/ friendly options but don’t advertise it if it’s consistently unavailable and the staff is unresponsive/does not have unavailable items posted or labeled.
