Amazing experience. I’m a big ny bagel fan and this is the closest to NY experience I’ve gotten. the bagels are simply the best you can get in NOVA. Tried Arlington, Maryland etc etc and Bobby’s bagel is the spot.

Was craving a bagel sandwich over the weekend so I decided to stop by Bobby’s bagels in reston. Service was great but this was a sad excuse of a sausage egg and cheese bagel. As you can see in the picture, you get more bread than the other items in the sandwich. I have to say this is probably the worst sausage egg and cheese I have received, McDonald’s could’ve done better. Seek elsewhere if you’re looking for a decent sandwich.

This place makes the best bagels I’ve found in the whole DMV area. I live closer to Tysons, but only come here for my bagels. My family complains that bagels are bad for you but they can't stop eating the ones I get from here ? Too bad, I love bagels! My only complaint is that I wish they were open later, sometimes I can't get to Reston before 2pm

The bagels are delicious, unique and huge. They also have bags of day old, that store well in the freezer.

Ordered the #6 - Nova Lox on an egg everything. The sandwich was a disaster! The taste was great, but the presentation was horrible. The bagel artist cut the bagel in half and then cut each half in half (which is correct, as it is difficult to cut in half after crafting the bagel.)There was a blob of cream cheese on one side and nothing on the other. The tomato was not cut, and the artist put the two cut halves together the wrong way so I had two half cut halves. Hard to explain, but trust me, it was a disaster. Wish I had taken a picture. Also, although there were gloves at the register, the cashier picked the bagels with his bare hands.

Always kind of slow, especially when ordering bagel sandwiches, but the food is fantastic. Their various cream cheeses especially. They have great deals on day old bagels, and their fresh bagels are nice and hefty.

An honest and constructive review of one of my favorite bagel places in the area:This place generally has the best bagels; they are fresh, big, and offer an assortment to choose from, smothered in a generous amount of cream cheese - which is great. However, after visiting here a dozen times, I've noticed there's a lot of room for improvement. Their inconsistency and lack of follow-through are concerning issues. The place can get dirty, with unkempt tables and crumbs everywhere; even the floors look grungy and could use a good sweep and power wash. They are also frequently out of stock on basic items such as creamers/milk, and even paper towels in their restrooms. Moreover, their cappuccino machine doesn't work most of the time, and occasionally, neither do their soda fountains (water).Sometimes, there's inconsistency with their bagels, too, which is surprising. There can be little cream cheese applied and insufficient toasting. A few times, my bagels weren't warm, nor was much cream cheese applied. When I asked for more, they charged $2 for a mini cup (pic below). Regardless of the "standard" costs, this seemed unjustified. Normally, they're generous with cream cheese on their bagels, but the inconsistency is noticeable and disappointing when it occurs.Overall, this place has potential, but it can be unreliable at times. However, much of this could be improved with better service. Employees paying more attention or management doing a better job of teaching employees to check and restock items regularly, and to be consistent in cleaning tables, etc., not to mention maintaining consistency in toasting and applying cream cheese, are simple fixes that require basic care and effort.

Positives: The bagels are amazing and I love the holiday themes they always have. The negatives: we've not once had a successful pre-order. It seems to either get forgotten about or when we get there, things are unavailable and they didn't call to let us know. It takes about the same amount of time in the store to order a bagel with avocado spread as it does when we pre-order (15 minutes), so we've stopped doing that unless it's something we have to request in advance (some holiday items.) The people working there have always been very nice, but when items are not available, they're not very accommodating. We felt like we couldn't ask for a partial refund last time and just accepted something of lesser value as a substitute. The chai latte has been unavailable the last several times we've tried to get it for whatever reason, so not sure why it's still even on the menu. We'll keep going there, but would definitely like to see more coffee options available to go with our breakfast and less confusion with pre-orders.

The best gluten free bagels I've ever had. Moist, chewy, crunchy, delicious. I will only be buying bagels here from now on.
