Update: 04/23/2024The manager of the location reached out to me and apologized for my experience and offered to make it right, which they did. I got two new meals and they were both delicious. The host working the day of my visit was very nice. I appreciate a business that takes care of their customers.I really want to leave a 1 star , but I have no idea what happened Monday, so I'm leaving 2. My fiance picked up lunch for us on Monday 10/30/23 and all of it just sucked! I'm an ex chef and I feel that the items we ordered were not freshly made that day and were either bad or going bad. My fiance had really bad stomach pains after eating the food here. The chipotle chicken Philly sucked. Do not order this!We got buffalo chicken dip with chips and the chips were burnt, the fries were undercooked, I got a hot honey chicken sandwich and the chicken was overcooked and dry. We put the dip in the fridge and the next day it has mold growing on it! We have had food in the fridge for a week that does not have any mold on it and we put cooked dip in the fridge for one day and there's mold on it?! It was bad from the get-go! Usually we haven't had any issues here, we've eaten here a couple of times. This is the first time we've ordered out. I think we'll go to the other location in Chantilly from here on our.

I honestly love this place. The sauces are packed with flavor, the chicken is juicy and crispy, and the drinks are both strong and tasty. Management might not be the best as they are constantly cycling through staff, which means the waiters are usually new and have frequently messed up my order, usually giving me traditional wings over boneless. But they have been very good about apologizing and remaking, just be nice.

Gets really busy here right now. The staff seems overwhelmed, BUT they are very kind and then food odd to be expected. If in the area, will definitely go here again!Kid-friendliness: Good for family's with kids. Children can get a coloring mat.

Honestly, we used to love coming here! The food is great and atmosphere is fun for watching games. But recently, there seems to be a serious shortage of staff… so much so that we sat at the bar for over an hour, barely got served drinks and never received our appetizer order. I understand if they are having employment problems, but this is the not the first time we’ve been in recently and have gotten the same poor service. Nice people but not worth the wait. Will go elsewhere and maybe circle back in a few months…

Carry out. Wings. Tater tots and burger.Tater tots 6.95. Order had about 12 tots. Xtra done. Seriously for 7 dollars. Wings. Somewhat cold. Average. Burger and fries cold.These places need to start doing better to stay in business.
